The place is amazing looking and their atmosphere is fun! The food is alright but our food took an HOUR to arrive! It wasn’t even packed, it was a moderate crowd. The server made up for that by being very friendly and welcoming. If you’re in the area I’d go for it!

Our best friends brought us here when visiting this past weekend and we loved this place. We ordered appetizers consisting of the cheese curds and cod cakes and found them both to be delicious. Our server was both attentive and knowledgeable about the entire menu. We appreciated the wood fire they had going outside and the additional fireplace indoors. My old fashion was heavy poured and mixed well. We’ll definitely return our next time up.

We enjoyed our appetizers very much. Very lovely atmosphere; enjoyed sitting outside and watching the kids play. The salmon entrée was delicious and the dinner salad was generous and fresh. Prices were reasonable and we will definitely be back.

I was hesitant to try Manny’s based on the negative reviews and now I’m kicking myself for not stopping sooner! We walked in last night, (Thurs. around 5:30), and were lucky enough to be seated indoors without a reservation. We both had the New York Strip with mashed potatoes and green beans. Both meals were excellent. Steak seasoned well and cooked perfectly medium, and the sides were delicious! Our server, Shawny, was excellent – such a doll! She was very pleasant and attentive, even though she was also handling a very demanding/disgusting/loud table of 8 seated behind us. The meals and a couple of glasses of wine came to $125, which I find very reasonable. This is not a supper club, so don’t expect bread/crackers on the table – appetizers, salad, and entrees are ordered separately. The Northwoods is our second home and we are happy to have another excellent restaurant to visit. We will make Manny’s a must stop!

Manny’s brings a touch of class to the Northwoods. The restaurant has been newly remodeled, therefore very clean. There’s an out side bar (yahoo) which is very fun with a stage and live entertainment. Other fun stuff like volleyball and horseshoe pits still under construction. The menu is like a breath of fresh air. If you’re looking for bar food, look elsewhere. With that being said….. get out your wallet because it doesn’t come by cheap, probably one of the highest priced as far as drinks I’ve come across and I’m a local. I do appreciate the out of the box thinking for this establishment not often found in our area, maybe others will follow and offer more of a selection as far as drinks, food items and atmosphere. I have been there twice, both times was a good experience. Well done Manny’s.

Our family has had a lake home in the area for almost 40 years and we are SO happy this place is here! Amazingly beautiful, but unassuming atmosphere, an absolutely GORGEOUS and spacious patio with a great sound system! Live music on the patio along with yard games to pass the time while you wait for a table inside. Great menu with lots of variety for every taste and great service! We stopped by twice over the 4th and will definitely come back again! This place is HOPPIN’ so don’t be in a hurry!

VERY disappointed in the food. $17 for a Cobb salad with 4 small strips of cut chicken breast, 3 slices of avocado, and one piece of bacon, barely any egg. The cheese curds were definitely from a bag and not homemade. Giving two stars because the Backyard atmosphere was great but that’s about all Mannys has to offer

Manny’s Parkside in Manitowish Waters! Wow! Excellent ambiance, outside seating, live music, great service and incredible food!! We enjoyed live music at the restaurant and more live music next door at the park. The pickled and fried deviled egg appetizer was flipping deelish. The smoked meatloaf and Chicken Piccata were amazing. The Hoho dessert was phenomenal and our server, Peggy, was fabulous. Oh, and best Old-fashioned drink we’ve ever tasted.

Outdoor space was beautiful spend time there. Skip dinner, we spent $200 for 2 people. We are not hard to please and it was the worst 2 steaks we have probably had. This was a $50 filet, it was like a bad piece of pot roast. Service was just fair. We got our soup and salad at the same time as the appetizers. Definitely needs some fine tuning for that amount of money.
