The jjamppong has that irresistible smoky wok flavor, and the seasoning is perfectly on point—not too salty, not too heavy.
The cream shrimp is delicious without being overly sweet, and a little squeeze of lemon takes it to the next level.
Also, I don’t think I’ve ever seen shrimp fried rice with shrimp this big… no complaints at all.
Everything we tried was so good that now I’m officially motivated to come back and try the rest of the menu.

This is a hidden gem!!!! I and my husband have been to several places for jjajangmyeon and this is one of the best so far! It was so savory and perfect. Jjambbong was a top notch as well. The soup was fabulous. This will be our go to place!

Everything tastes very clean and flavorful without being overly salty or sweet. The jjamppong is outstanding, and dishes like the cream shrimp are even more enjoyable because they’re made with large, high-quality shrimp.

The dishes we had (black bean noodles and spicy chicken teriyaki) were tasty. The portion sizes were large, and the prices were good! And everyone was so friendly. We plan on dining here again.

I’ve dined in as well as ordered to go. Owners are very nice and staff are friendly. They have a small dine in area, although the food is best freshly prepared it is also delicious to go. Son loves their katsu and California roll. Wanted to dine in when I heard they now have jjamppong. Glad I did, noodles were cooked perfectly, slightly al dente. Broth had a roasted/charred undertone and was not very spicy. Squid was a tad over cooked, still good just chewy. Thin slices of beef also went well with the noodles and savory broth.

Came here after a quick stop at Costco and boy, this was not my normal teriyaki experience! I came in starving, so was excited to try a few things off the menu:
– jjajjang myun (Korean style black bean sauce noodles)
– Korean crispy honey chicken + extra rice cake
– chili shrimp
– homemade kimchi
Each item was less than $20 – so I proceeded to order one of each.

We decided to eat in and saw that they have complimentary water and hot tea available. We…were not prepared for these portion sizes! Each dish came out on a large bowl or platter! We could have easily had 4 people with us and I’m still not sure if we would have finished it all.

Needless to say, we have food for days.
– The jjajjangmyun noodles had the perfect bite and there were slices of beef throughout the sauce.
– Let’s be real – I got the Korean crispy chicken just for the rice cakes and wow! Not only was the chicken perfectly crispy on the outside and so juicy and tender on the inside, but the rice cakes were also slightly fried, creating a lovely texture combination (also looked on their website and found out you can just order the rice cakes!)
– I was so focused on the jjajjangmyun and rice cakes that I only got to try one chili shrimp but it was nice, tail on but had a perfect spice level for me (can be on the low side for people who want spicy)
– heard the kimchi was made by the grandma so…I just had to get it and it was the perfect addition to our meal!

All in all, will definitely be coming again and hopefully bringing some friends to help eat all the foods!

I don’t share my go-to spots or a newly found fav. (ngl, I try to gate keep **some of you will understand **) But this place had to be my first Review.
I had a go-to spot for Jamppong (Korean/Chinese dish that has a mix of vegetables, Beef and/or Seafood with noodles in a spicy broth) and Jja jang myun ( Korean/Chinese dish that has a mix of vegetables, Pork and/or Seafood sauteed in a Black Bean sauce) when I was younger…unfortunately they closed down and been on the search for a new go-to spot since then.

With their “Manna Teriyaki” name, I assumed they were just a simple Mom and Pops teriyaki joint. Thank G I was wrong! I finally found what I have been looking for for the past 10+ years! We ordered many dishes…Jamppong, Jja jang myun, Honey Soy Garlic Spicy boneless chicken and Honey Creamy Shrimp…omg they were all so delicious. My most favorites were the Jamppong and Jia jang myun! They were both amazing and phenomenal with such deep fire-like broth (which I’ve been wanting- jamppong) and a thick savory-like sauce(Jia jang myun)!!! Unfortunately, It was my first time here and didn’t have the chance to try their teriyaki but if all the dishes I tried were this great…definitely and no doubt…they’re going to be as great or even better! Must try!

Manna has the best Teriyaki and Korean in town, maybe even the whole Puget sound region!

Manna is family owned, run and operated, and they genuinely care about the quality of their food and the happiness of their customers. This place is a gem of the Seattle area and I hope they can continue serving great food and service for years to come.

My friend told me about this place selling 짜장면 (Korean black bean noodles) and 짬뽕 (Spicy seafood noodle soup). Since we live close by we decided to give it a try today. It was DELICIOUS! I’m Korean so I have pretty high expectations. Our family drives to Canada from time to time just to eat 짜장면 & 짬뽕. Now we don’t have to! The owner is super nice and friendly. They also sell Korean Fried chicken. I can’t wait to go back to try their Fried chicken next time. I highly recommend this place! (Black bean noodles looked so delicious when it came out. Didn’t get a chance to take a pic before my kids started digging in.)
