2 hour wait is diabolical, when the waiting area is super small. Yeah they call the phone number you leave, you get a chance to walk around and enjoy Westgate. You can reserve a table if your party is more than 5, so if your coming on a date prepare to wait…once your inside and seated the experience is fast paced…2 hour limit window all you can eat you can order as much as you can eat BUT anything you order thats RAW and you do not finish will be charged extra…or something like that lady had a accent couldn’t understand her much but she did recommend me to try some drinks and meats which we did… we enjoyed and took full advantage of all you can eat . Ps… they need to add edamame to the menu….

I am appalled that this place has a 4.3-star rating. This was easily one of the grossest dining experiences I have ever had. I’ve attached photos because I want everyone to see the reality: the walls are splattered with old grease, the floors have layers of grime and debris in the corners, and the grill looked like it hadn’t been deeply cleaned in weeks. It is absolutely vile.
To make it worse, the service was hostile. Our waitress was rude, visibly annoyed that she had to do her job, and constantly messed up our orders.
To the sweet owner: Being nice isn’t enough. You are letting your restaurant rot. This level of filth is disrespectful to your customers and dangerous. You need to deep clean this place and train your staff immediately. Unacceptable.

We had such an amazing dining experience tonight! From the moment we walked in, everything was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was wonderful.
A HUGE thank you to NEPHI for his outstanding service! He was incredibly patient, friendly, and attentive to every detail. He made us feel so welcomed and truly cared for. His positive attitude and professionalism made our night extra special.
We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to everyone!

My bf and I are avid Gen goers and we felt like we cheated on them. We know that Gen is mid/ below mid for kbbq but we had been going for so long (we know what to expect) and we love to see server who attends us often.
This was our first time trying a different kbbq spot and I do want to say that my experience here was really good. Inside was clean, quiet (music was not loud), and not “smoky”.
I loved how my drinks/appetizers came out before we could start cooking the meat.
The food was good, Manna has their own set of sides, which weren’t my personal fav but other plates were better in taste and portion to me compared to Gen’s. My bf and I loved the cheese corn & the brisket. Our server was very nice, attentive, and funny! I would go here again!

We come here often. is super yummy. It’s usually very busy during dinner time though. They don’t take reservations over the phone you have to come in person and put your name in the tablet then you get a text when your table is ready

I’m visiting Glendale from Des Moines, WA and where in our area we have alot of kbbq spots so me and my mom wanted to check out this place.
We already knew there was going to be a wait so we didn’t mind it. Our server Jacklyn was great. She was attending 4 other tables while also serving us and she checked in on us frequently and changed the grill. She overall has a good personality.
The amount of meat they gave us was a lot so it’s definitely worth it.
Our seating was clean aswell.
If I ever come back to Glendale, I’d come here to eat again!

The manager, Linda, was absolutely wonderful. She assisted us with our large party and made everything seamless and well-organized. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend coming here for large gatherings, just be sure to call ahead to make arrangements.
