Came here yesterday for a late lunch/early dinner. We ordered the Indonesian veggie samba, California sushi rolls and spicy tuna sushi rolls. The food was excellent. Service was good. Food was prepared quickly and tasted fresh and delicious. The atmosphere and the visual effects on the wall makes for a great ambience. Definitely coming back here in the future.

I tried their lunch bento box and was honestly impressed. The menu has so many options — soup, salad, appetizer, sushi, and a special roll — everything comes well-balanced and nicely presented. The sushi was fresh, the rolls were flavorful, and the portions were very generous for a lunch special.
I really liked that you can customize each step, which makes it easy to get exactly what you want. Service was friendly and efficient, and the food came out quickly even during lunch hours.
Overall, great quality for the price and definitely a place I’d come back to for lunch. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved this sushi! The delivery arrived quickly and everything tasted incredibly fresh, like it was just made. The fish quality was excellent and the flavors were spot on. You can really tell they care about freshness and preparation. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be ordering again!

So, I don’t usually review restaurant chains. But after a couple of years trying to find a locally owned replacement for my beloved Floral Park Chinese restaurant, Tin Sing, I have come to the conclusion that my quest has failed. Enter Mann Sarka, an Asian Fusion restaurant in Floral Park owned by Wild Ginger.
The food is great and consistent. The breading on fried foods is lighter than you’d expect and they poke holes in the takeout container to prevent them from getting mushy. Everything is spiced and delicious. I have not had a bad dish over the last two years of getting takeout here.
The staff is unbelievably friendly (Hi to Fanny!) We’ve eaten-in a few times and the service is fantastic and very personable. The bar is a really great place to hang out and the drinks are great.
I highly recommend this restaurant. I just wish it was a locally run establishment.
But who am I to argue with success like this?

I’ve been order from MANN SARKA for a while now and this was one of my favorite items to order. I noticed that as I order this dish, the portion gets smaller and smaller and missing the ginger and wasabi that it came with before. This was the last time I will ever order from MANN SARKA and is a warning to everyone; you will pay a premium price for very little and will not get the basic of sushi sides of ginger, wasabi and even soy sauce.
I called them to ask them what is going on to get a giggly woman who doesn’t seem to want to help but to shrug it off.
Well everyone, please feel free waste some money to find out how it is and please don’t get frustrated after it’s as terrible as I pose it, I tried to warn you.
MANN SARKA, you should do better in this day and age. There are many food options that are willing to go above and beyond to provide a reasonable meal and service to keep their patrons content, especially veteran patrons who have order from your restaurant many times.

Came here for the first time, the restaurant is very comfortable and you see a big screens with different displays. The bento box had different choices and all of them were very tasty and good. The sushi here is amazingly good and fresh. The shumai was very tasty and great. The cocktails are really good. Service was a 10/10z
