03.01.2024 Back in December I left a 1-star review bc our office pizzas were awful, I said to avoid this place. I also brought attention to another employee months back how the order I picked up was cold the pizza and the mozzarella sticks. No apology or anything. Again, another rude employee. Stupidly today I ordered a pizza online and I ordered half extra cheese and the other half pepperoni and sausage (I did not remove the cheese) I picked up the order and asked the guy Ryan why does this half have no cheese? He rudely said that’s how you ordered it. I said no I sure didn’t, and it needs to be remade. He refused. I asked for the manager Ryan said he’s the manager for 6 years. I asked how bc his customer service is awful. He said I will cancel the order and you can reorder and pay again. Let’s see NOPE I said again it needs to be remade. He then said and that’s a waste of our resources. Then he went and helped the people in line and said I’ll deal with you in a few minutes. I stood there and then decided to leave and walking out I made sure he knew I would contact corporate somehow some way since he refused to give me the information. This business has one of the most outrageous rude employees I’ve come across. Oh, and the only thing good here is the lunch special 2 slices that’s $6. 12.21.2023 Not the first time issues with not good quality food. Today we placed an online order to be delivered at 11:15. The order was delivered at 11:00 which was fine. Hours when placing the order says they don’t open till 10:45am. I should have checked the pizzas before the driver left. The pepperoni pizza and what was supposed to be extra cheese looked and tasted like it was made the night before. I was able to call and let them know about the issues around 11:50 the guy I spoke to as usual hen I have given feed back has a voice of he doesn’t care. He said well did you guys eat it all. I said I don’t know but we did just eat it anyway even though it wasn’t good bc we are busy today. He said do you need anything further. I told him no I wanted to give feed back. He said ok. No offer of a remake at a later date, no offer of a partial refund nothing. Will be avoiding this place going forward. Quality of food and customer service needs to be improved. This restaurant needs to do a better job at checking their to-go/delivery orders. From my experience, there are almost always errors. Today I received regular pizza bites vs the buffalo chicken ones and I had to completely unwrap my chicken Caesar wrap to eat it because the wrapper itself was wrapped into the sandwich. Clearly they were in a rush. Food is good, but wish quality control was better.

I have been a loyal customer for over 6 years. We visit this establishment 2 to 3 times a week. Over th past few months the orders have been coming incorrect. The staff behind the counter don’t smile and make it seem like you are troubling them. This is not how it was in the past.
Today will be the last time I or my family order from them. We got our order with burn chicken no sauce with part of the order and when I called to complain for the first time ever I was greeted with this was my fault and no apology.
I was not even asking for anything just trying to let them know we were disappointed.
It is to bad we will miss you but get back on track.

Not a good experience. I ordered a steak and cheese Stromboli. I waited for 20 minutes before I was told that the cook didn’t see my ticket. Once I got home and opened the box, there was meat only on one side. The onions and big chunks of pepper weren’t cooked.

This place knows how to make a good pizza. It’s no wonder they have local awards. The cheese pizza was amazing. Perfect crisp on the crust with the right amount of cheese. The seasoning was NY style down to the perfect oil drip. Thanks!

I stopped in for some meatballs & marinara and a couple of slices of pizza. Service was friendly and fast. The meatballs were plentiful, tasted good and were in a good sauce. I had a slice of cheese and a slice of pepperoni. The pizza is a very thin crust and wasn’t particularly crispy but was a solid imitation of NY-style pizza. The cheese and sauce were kind of flavorless. The slice of pepperoni was about the same but the crispy pepperoni was a little spicy.

I visited Manhattan Pizza for the first time and had an awesome experience! The wings and pizza were both hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Everything was brought out to us quickly, and the staff was super attentive and friendly. The restaurant was also very clean, which I always appreciate.
But the highlight? The tiramisu! It was seriously to die for—I loved it so much I ordered two extra to take home.
I’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend Manhattan Pizza to anyone looking for great food and great service!
