Ordered the “garlic knots” and they were more like garlic dough balls. My son was very excited to eat the knots, but after we tried it out, we were very disappointed. There was still raw dough in the middle and they were certainly not knots, but balls. When we called to ask for a refund they stated they could only do a credit and refused to deliver a replacement. A good restaurant should give the customer their money back. We will not be ordering from this place again! They should change their name to “Ashburn Pizza”. They lost a loyal customer over their lack of basic hospitality! They are definitely not “#1 in the area” for that alone.

Manhattan Pizza in Ashburn is fantastic! We have ordered from here for several house parties (always a hit), and they are fantastic for eat-in dining. They have great food, a family-friendly atmosphere, and the owner and staff are friendly and welcoming.

First time ordering on DoorDash from this place and we weren’t disappointed. We ordered a pepperoni pizza mozzarella sticks both weee tasty and delicious. Will definitely order from here again.

We have been a loyal customers of Manhattan Pizza for years, but unfortunately our recent experience has completely changed how we feel. Some students received small gift cards from their teacher as a kind gesture, and when we tried to use one them that happened to be expired, the staff refused to honor it. The card was only a week past the expiration date.
How do you deny a young student something so small—especially when the gift card came from a teacher who was just trying to do something nice? It’s disappointing and disheartening, especially from a place we’ve supported so many times.
I spoke with Stalia, and unfortunately, she was no help at all. For a business we’ve been so loyal to, this was truly a letdown.
Because of this experience, we will not be coming back. Hope the schools don’t ever get gift gates from this place.

The pizza isn’t good. Not sure how this was rated best pizza in Loudoun. Got a cheese pie for pick up. Received the most minimum amount of cheese and sauce that one could put on a pie. Won’t be coming back, let alone have my NY family try it. Save your money. The only way they could make the pizza better is by adding more cheese. I must of gotten the order for “least cheese, please”.

First and last time ordering from this establishment. Ordered an extra large double pepperoni and asked for thin and crispy/well done and ended up receiving a borderline normal thickness crust that was close to underdone. Some of the pizza was lacking pepperoni and it had hardly any cheese. If they would’ve left it in the oven for about another four or five minutes it would’ve been ok despite the crust being too thick. For $28 plus change that included almost a four dollar delivery fee it was nowhere near worth it. And on a sidenote, why can’t any places make a decent crust pizza nowadays? If you want one, the best place to go is Domino’s.

We are regulars here. We usually order at least once every two weeks. Usually the pizza is piping hot, the appetizers and wings are delicious. One comment is yesterday we ordered a XL cheese pizza and it tasted like it has been sitting out all day. Not sure if they batch make their cheese pizza, but it was rubber and even when we popped it in the oven to heat a little bit because it was so cold, it still didn’t taste right. Will still give them another try.

I am not a new customer, just used a different phone. We’ve been going to Manhattan Pizza since we moved here 4 years ago. Obviously we like them. Food & Service are great. We’re mostly takeout but the dining facilities are appealing also.
