I wasn’t going to but I feel the need to. This is my second time coming so I checked my food in the parking lot. Like the first time my king corned beef bread wasn’t toasted and the Swiss cheese wasn’t on it. I had to go back to get the Swiss cheese I didn’t notice the bread wasn’t toasted until I got home. My king pastrami reuben was full of scraps it should of been called king of scraps with barely any reuben. And the bread was so greasy I took a bite and couldn’t eat it. The corned beef hash was full of potatoes and no hash. For 60 dollars my part of the meal was inedible and I didn’t appreciate it. My wait time was fast and the cashier and bartender was very friendly. I won’t be returning.

It is my 2nd time there. The first time the food and service were slow . The portions is good. and the food looked good but my Rubin was very dry. I came back today, because the restaurant is close to my hotel and I like to support local brands when I am traveling. This time however, I am astonished and disappointed. Although the server was trying her best, my meal chicken meal was under cooked and the blood was very visible , the server took it back to the kitchen and 12 minutes later I got a new plate, the second bite I saw the blood coming out of the chicken again.. I waited for the server so I don’t make a seen, then i saw and stopped the hostess as she was going back to the front and showed her tge blood. I told her that I am done and I would like my check. She apologized and took my plate back to the kitchen. My server came back and gave me my bill.
Over the years , I opened many restaurants around the US and overseas, and I travelled to-over 40 states here in the US. To have a customer visit with you is a privilege, to receive a second visit is holy gift. To make a mistake is human and also an opportunity to show case your service and build loyalty through great recovery; however to make a mistake twice and not even care to come and apologize, is appalling . this shows that the manager doesn’t not care and or incompetent.
To the owners, in today’s hospitality business, be great or get out of the business, good is no longer good enough, and… no place for mediocres

I ordered a meal and they came out with something other than what I ordered. When they returned with the correct order there was hair in the food and on the plate.

I used to come here all the time because the food was amazing and we didn’t care how expensive it was. Lately, since they changed ownership it has gone way downhill. The food is awful, overpriced but the service has always been excellent when I came in. My coworker and I decided to order takeout for lunch. Huge mistake and disappointment. I won’t be returning

Nice place with good food. Our server, Jodi, seemed extremely knowledgeable about the menu. More than you would expect. She was also very nice and attentive. Outstanding service!

Came to lunch for Matzo ball soup and it was delicious. Sadly I ate it before I could take a photo. We then had wings a a quesadilla. They were also delicious! We had a very nice server and the gentleman cleaning up was also very nice. Would recommend, they have so many delicious things on the menu!

Our first “After lockdown” dinner we decided to meet at Manhattan Deli. It was a delicious decision! We started with a Cosmopolitan martini & matzah ball soup and peel outs. The peel outs were amazingly crispy and full if bacon. We then ordered a Reuben, Deli bug boy, metro salad, shaved prime rib, and the chopped sirloin dinner (which came with the most amazing veggies we ever had). We finished off this smorgasbord with a piece of snicker and Key Lime cheesecakes. I’m still full and we had enough left over for another full meal for each! The best part of our dinner (besides the company) was our OUTSTANDING waitress Meg. She was so attentive and so much fun!!! We WILL be visiting again, but with stretchy pants on!
***update..adding a thank you from Ashley for making their take out dinner perfect! It was the best meal they have had in months!!! Thank you from Ashley!!**

I have been going here since I was a child (located elsewhere). This is now my kids go-to place. So many items on the menu, I always struggle to make a decision, but am never disappointed. Kids always get the same things. Corned beef and wings. Apps are great and so are the drinks. Servers are very pleasant, too. Don’t forget to save room for dessert!

So me and my wife get this place against my better judgment ♂️why I don’t know! So we sent out an email before I actually came to leave this review but since they didn’t get back to us we’ll just come here I know it’s not gonna really matter but I’d feel better that you see this somehow so we come to this place thinking it was gonna be great!!! Sad news it was not at all!! I should have just said forget it when the kid that was taking the order over the phone knew absolutely nothing I’m sure it was his first day and if not I feel sorry for this place if that’s the type of employees they hire so he had to keep asking the younglady in the background about the whole order we had so I should have backed out then but no I gave it a shot so then pick up the food get home and boy!!!!! Let me tell you I was highly disappointed in the whole order I could have made these things at home 10x better my meal alone was extremely horrible I thought it was a portion for a child and I also thought it was dropped before it was bagged the soup had no taste the chilli was ok but needed salt and pepper the desserts was mid nothing spectacular quesadilla was too much cheese not enough Chicken all in all it was MID! If that my advice to you………..think about if you’d eat it before you put it out not just cook it and put it out! People work hard just as hard as you do making your food well we spend our money NOT to be let down we can be let down at home!

A bit noisy where we were seated, but not too bad. The pastrami was excellent. Worth visiting the area just for that according to my husband. (High praise as it would be a few thousand miles for us to go again.) The turkey dinner was good. The key lime pie was very good. Quick service and very patient with having to repeat the dessert menu as I kept forgetting what had been listed.
