I’ve been coming to the Manhattan deli for over twelve years. It’s always been a highlight of our annual ski trip. Their corned beef sandwich on grilled sourdough is my favorite until a recent visit last week. As you can see in the photos the sandwiches used to be stuffed with tender fresh corned beef. My recent sandwich was barely filled and the corned beef tasted dry and felt like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The bread was partially grilled and partially burnt. French fries were good but the sandwich was very disappointing. Please bring back your incredible corned beef sandwich like it used to be.

Wonderful place for a meal!
This blow us as we did not expect that we can have really good food in a casino eatery.
We ordered a few dishes and None of them is a miss.
The waffle fries of sweet potatoes are a hit: so crunchy and perfectly fried.
The chicken noodle soup are flavorful.
The apple pie is good.
The power mix salad is so rich with different ingredients.
The double decker with beef tongue and corned beef are super good — less salty than the NYC local ones but really crate to my palate.
The only issue is the waiting time for food is a bit of long. But the waitress is kind and polite. Pretty nice.
Definitely will come back again! Why stand in the line for hours for the buffet ?

The Manhattan Deli was a real treat. The food was delicious, and I do mean everything we ordered; we had a steamed pastrami sandwich, a grilled pastrami, a corned beef sandwich, a reuben sandwich, mozzarella sticks and a very delicious bread pudding with a rum sauce. Let me tell you one of the greatest treats we had was our server Shaylene, pronounced (Shay-Lean) she was awesome. She made great recommendations, and she was friendly, funny, and very personable. If you love Deli food, this restaurant is a great choice if you are in the Reno area.

The food was fresh and cooked to order but the price tag didn’t match the quality of the food served in my humble opinion.
Heads up to other guests staying in the hotel, room service is cheaper and comparable to what you get here.

Stopped by this place for lunch and was helped out by Dee Dee. Super friendly and very attentive. She was awesome! I ordered the corned beef and pastrami double and man it was a lot! It doesn’t look so big in the picture but when you go to work on it you are stopped in your tracks about halfway through. I could not finish the whole thing as much as i wanted to. I like the atmosphere of this place and my only gripe is for the $5 coffee and $5 fountain drink which put the check at $40 for 1 person. I guess this is the norm nowadays. I would return if in the area.

We waited to be seated about 8 minutes. Restaurant was empty but there was no hostess to seat us when she finally showed up it’s like she was disgusted that there was customers waiting. Drinks came with Starbucks plastic cups not sure if they ran out of cups or what. We were so disappointed with their food. Definitely never going back to that place.

The waitress asked if I wanted cheese and I said yes. I chose potatoe salad as the side dish. The total price for this sandwich came to $27.78. They added $1 for the cheese. Included 15% gratuity.
(I was with a group) , and tax on the bill. The potatoe salad was served in a small cup and half of that was a chunk of potatoe that hadn’t been cut up into the salad. This sandwich is overpriced.
