EDIT- I reached out to the store. I was given a full refund for my breakfast not just for the muffins but for everything else I got also. I will say the customer service was good. Also. My coffee I ordered was actually surprisingly delicious. One of the best lattes I’ve had in awhile. So I will say I did get the problem fixed from this review.
I AM APPALLED. Got breakfast here for the first time. Thought my muffin tasted horrible. WELL THIS WOULD BE WHY!! Anyone who has baked anything AT ALL knows shelf life only is a few days for taste. But for MOLD??? This bakery must’ve had this muffin out a week!!! Even Dunkin’ Donuts throws away all donuts by the end of the day!!! Do not go here. This is horrible. Breakfast was overpriced. I will not be returning. For a $17 breakfast to turn into MOLD?! Horrible. Steer clear.

Grabbed a bunch of bagels from Manhattan Bagel before a small golf event nearby—couldn’t have picked a better spot. The staff was super friendly and even made fresh ones for me when they were out of a few I wanted. Didn’t take long at all. Great variety, tasty cream cheese options, and the place was clean and well-kept. You can tell it’s a local favorite in the mornings. Definitely coming back!

I stopped in for a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, and while the bagel itself was fine, it didn’t taste any different than something I could get from a grocery store. Definitely not worth the $10 price tag. I asked for a small serving of jelly (a smuckers jelly packet) and was surprised they wanted to charge extra for that ($.64).
I tried a muffin and it was bland-almost tasteless. Overall, nothing stood out in terms of quality, and the prices felt way too high for what was served. I wouldn’t go back

Place was so dirty I know i went ahead of a big storm but they had at least 8 people working all of which were like deer in the headlights. Bagels were terrible and stale. Don’t go here if you’re craving a proper New York bagel. Food and cleanliness of the store leaves a lot to be desired

Stopped in for bagels on Friday morning, place was empty. I ordered 3 bagels and some to take home. I swear I waited 20 minutes, and the icing on the cake is that the bagels I took home to toast myself for the weekend tasted gross. Moldy flavor in my opinion. My family loves the special French Toast bagel so I ordered a bunch for them as a treat for the holiday, which was pricey; But they all turned out completely flat(like Flatbread style), very hard, & oddly covered in holes as if having been poked with a fork & left out to get stale. Not edible & total Waste of money! No one could eat them & couldn’t get a refund. Beyond disappointed

Now to the food. My hash brown was cold due to it being prepared before my sandwich. There were too many people on the line. I watched a worker preparing a to go drink, pouring whatever the flavoring was and then sticking her nose into the opening of the cup, not once but twice.
I think this place needs to have a visit from the local health inspector!

For those who follow me know I do enjoy a good bagel. Not very carb friendly but every once in a while. Good bagels are hard to find around this area except for at Manhattan Bagel. Quality service and tasty bagels. Come and enjoy.

My friend bought me a lox bagel here and they cheated us out of our money by giving one thin slice of salmon, barely any spread or onions and capers on a the thinnest bagel.

We went out Saturday morning to get started on errands and considered going to Nudy’s but decided to come here instead so we could get in and out quickly and not spend a bunch of money.
Unfortunately, it was not quick and we spent nearly as much as we would have at Nudy’s. Although it wasn’t terribly busy, it took something like 15-20 minutes to order and receive our two bagels. They must have been understaffed based on the excessive wait time and the state of the store. The coffee counter was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned well in awhile. The tables were all dirty as well. For $31 and change, we received two lox bagels, two bags of chips and a coffee. We didn’t even eat the chips because we don’t like that kind but there weren’t any other options. We were very disappointed.
