I had an excellent experience at Manhattan Bagel! The owner and staff are incredibly welcoming, professional, and truly care about their customers. The location is clean, comfortable, and perfect for hosting a small group meeting — plenty of space, great atmosphere, and fantastic service.
The food and coffee were outstanding as always, and the team made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meeting. Highly recommend Manhattan Bagel for breakfast, lunch, or even a cozy spot to gather with others. Outstanding experience all around!

I have to say these are the best bagels we have enjoyed in a long time. We were so pleased with the mobile order option and have used it and the drive thru pick up as well as walk up purchases. Efficient and accurate. I’ve been personally contacted to confirm any changes to my order. Customer service is key with this location. Keep up the great work!

This Manhattan Bagels is one of the best quick-service dining options in Newtown. Ori and the team keep the bagels fresh, the coffee hot, and the wait times short. Eggs are cooked to order, so all of the egg sandwiches are better than competing fast food places.

This was the first time I came to this store. The manager yelled at me upon picking up my order stating it was supposed to be picked up earlier and he gave the bagels away bc I wasn’t there. He was extremely rude! I will never be back. You do not treat customers that way. I thought I hit 11:30. It was an accident. He just lost my business. Learn to be nice to your customers no wonder why you only had a 4.3 stars! Stay away from this place. Newtown bagel will continue to get my business. If I could give you a zero star sir I would!

When this location first opened it was FANTASTIC. Keep giving it another try and the bagels have gotten so small they border on a mini bagel. Today I ordered an everything bagel Turkey bacon egg and cheese through DoorDash and was given a whole wheat everything that was extremely small. Miss the good sized fluffy bagels they had when they opened.

I’m giving 3 stars because of the man who takes the orders 99% of the time. Would it kill him to say hello ? How about a smile ? He is so dour. I visit often ( 1 or 2x’s a week ) however the women who work there are always smiling. The place is so clean. The women are constantly wiping the tables and sweeping and mopping the floors.

A few months ago I stopped here on a whim to try a new breakfast sandwich (the farmhouse bagel) and I haven’t been disappointed since! There’s always something just a little different, whether it’s the amount of cream cheese, the toasting of the bagel, or something else, but somehow the same bagel gets better every time.
I’d also like to thank you for the excellent dog treats – my doodle Rocky really enjoyed his “bagels” and even though he has passed I do think they made his last few months quite fun.
I appreciate the consistently friendly service, spotless dining room, and bright faces I still see at this location on the regular. Thank you!
