I arrived this morning at the drive-through and ordered a sesame bagel well toasted with butter. The young lady at the drive-through repeated the order to me I got on the road only to find that it was barely warmed, and there was the tiniest amount of butter. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to get exactly what you order. Well toasted means toasted more than once or a longer period of time .. To pay $3.50 for a bagel with butter that probably cost less than $.20. it should be made correctly . The only reason why I gave it a couple stars is because the young lady at the drive through window was welcoming and was nice.

So this is the second time we had a problem with this place. The first time I ordered a salt bagel with cream cheese from the drive thru and got a cut plain bagel with NO CREAM CHEESE, but let it go. This time I went in, there were 3 young kids behind the counter talking about useless nonsense and I asked for an everything bagel with cream cheese. Girl took my order, again no one was doing anything but talking while I waited for someone to cut a bagel, slap cream cheese on it , wrap it up and put it in a bag. At home that takes me all of 3 minutes maybe, but I’m not a bagel master. I waited 10 minutes before the girl who took my order decided it was now time to make my bagel. I ended up with a toasted bagel, which I didn’t ask for, no napkin, and half way in the bag. There definitely wasn’t any adult supervision that was to be seen. When you have teenagers running a business, you get a teenage response to running a business. Well needless to say, no more bagels from that location. Thank you for the terrible service!

Extremely slow service and vengeful staff. They served me burnt bagels, coffee with grinds in it, wrong flavor. and they are overpriced. I had given them too many chances but burning my bagels because I did not have Pennie’s was the last straw. Don’t go to this store. Bagel barn is a better option with fresher and tastier products and better prices and nice service. I will never go to this Manhattan bagel ever again and will tell all my friends how badly I was treated!

Before you come in, just know, it’s pricey.
But knowing this, they offer coupons through Val-Pak, which you get in the mail, as well as other discount websites where you can buy certificates.
They are located on a busy street corner, and the parking lot is very tight, which makes it difficult to come here by car, so I opted to walk here.
They have a few small outdoor tables, which would be great in the fall season.
They have one large table indoors, and a couple small ones.
They have many employees working, and all are very sweet and polite.
The sandwiches are good, but considering the price, they could be a little more generous with the ingredient usage. A little on the bare side.
Today, I got their chocolate chip, cinnamon raisin, and hash brown bagels, with a tub of the Honey Almond cream cheese which was super delicious.
Also a Jalapeño Cream Cheese and Bacon Bagelwich, which wasn’t bad, but as I mentioned earlier, maybe some more bacon?
Their bagels have this chewy texture that I love, and I was pleasantly pleased with how good their bagels were. The coffee was delicious as well.
If you’re able to find a coupon, or buy a discounted gift certificate, I would recommend.

Well, the cashier didn’t greet me all that was said was what do you need never said thanks for coming in or anything else which is kinda rude. After ordering and sitting down I looked around and this place was DIRTY the wall behind the grill itself was disgusting as the picture shows. I didn’t see one rag anywhere. The floor was dirty like it hadn’t been properly mopped in a day or two. The food was good like always I like this place but man do they need to teach these kids manners and how to clean better? And maybe buy some rags and cleaning supplies.

I am so disappointed. I have been driving from center city for years to come to this particular location. It was worth the trip since the bagels were the best outside of New York that I had for years. The couple who own it are meticulous about their quality but it has changed so much I thought that it had been sold. Last week we had another bad batch of a dozen bagels that were partially raw and unevenly seasoned. Based on the photo it looks as if they aren’t even the same flavor.
I wish the new bakers took as much pride as the husband who we saw working there all the time.
I wish the previous owners nothing but relaxing times ahead, they worked hard for the 15 years I came here, but it is no longer worth the trip or money.

We did the Saturday special for 13 bagels and when I went to freeze I was short 3. At 7:40 should not be to hard to court out 13 bagels! I will be in tomorrow morning to get my 3.
Update: thank you for your quick response! Went and and picked up the bagels!!

Best !! They forgot my cream cheese which wasn’t great. But, the girl Brittany was super great in making it right. She even let me stop to get it on my way home from work cuz more convenient for me..and they had already closed for the day and were busy cleaning up… that’s the way to make customers happy and get repeat business

Kinda bummed with this location. I haven’t been here in awhile, ordering ahead wasn’t available. The bagels I wanted weren’t available through drive through. So then I went in..all teenage girls working. While they were super sweet, they were running around not really sure what order went where. What was on what order. I got my Santa Fe and there were only 2 strips of bacon, one completely on the outside of the bagel. My husband went in and asked for more. My son’s bagel wasn’t toasted so butter was thrown on bread essentially. This used to be my go to location but I’ll be sticking with Willow grove. Order is always right, super clean inside, and majority adults are working and take pride in the food. Very different experience

Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! Charging almost $7 for a porkroll egg and cheese. This place is a DISGRACE! Fake microwaveable egg like a McDonald’s or other fast food. I actually think McDonald’s is 10x better. I ordered an egg bagel and got poppy seed. Bagel is so stale and hard you could knock someone out with it. Avoid at all costs. I don’t know how this place is in business at all. If this place weee in Jersey it would be shut down in a week. Literally sick even thinking about it.
