I walked in for lunch 11/20/25 @1230p
There was 1 person ordering and taking a long while at the counter.
There were 3 other people not looking at counter or customers at all.
1 person cooking on grill
2 people looking at the counter next to the grill and each other but not much action otherwise.
The 1 person taking the orders left the counter area immediately after taking the longer order and didn’t return for a while leaving the customers with zero way to order at the counter.
I left and went next door to the China cuisine place. Much better!

I ordered ahead 30 minutes and when I got there still waited another 15. 7 people behind the counter and taking and preparing orders and still no routine on how to work together, they were all scrambling insanely. Cheesesteak was horrible and got croissants for the kids. There you can order a specialty coffee with cream and sugar and You have to make it yourself. And another customer complained cause there 16oz is small. I will not be back, Maybe only for a Bagel because how can you mess up a bagel.

Ok so the only good thing I can say is that the place is clean, but other then that pure robbery ordered a BLT the tomato was frozen and only 2 pieces of bacon a BLT shouldn’t have more tomato then bacon and then I ordered a bacon egg cheese on a bagel the taste was good or bad but I got 1 egg 2 piece of bacon and 1 slice of cheese wow and rude staff

I love coming here for a quick late breakfast or lunch. The staff is always so friendly and the food is great especially for the price. I enjoy eating then walking around consumer square getting everything I need. I recommend the cheddar jalapeño bagel!

My usual place was closed so I placed an UE order from Manhattan Bagel for a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, fresh squeezed OJ, and bagel with cream cheese. For the prices they charge, the bagels are TINY, taste was just ok. Fresh squeezed OJ, for about $4 was fizzy and fermented. Super disappointing and ridiculously overpriced for the quality I received. Maybe it was an off day but I don’t think I want to order from this place again to give it another shot.
Edit: Upon second look, my not so freshly squeezed orange juice is literally from SIX DAYS AGO. Disgusting and a food hazard. 0 stars

You go in to order and owner start with you over heating a few bagels outta the dozen..then tell you coffee refills are at managements decrestion.. so refills are only free if management says so.. really . Then to embarrass me Infront of customers, and employees.. refused cooperate phone number when asked. Was rude, stared at you like a serial killer … Like really.. all I did was place and order and want coffee and to sit down and have 2 bagels warmed on a snowy day..
Also watch out the close when they want to ,when they have no business. Coffee was cold at 1:30 , and ran out and refused to make more ..that was the psycho owner..
**Update – I have emailed the owner at the email provided and have yet to hear back***
NOW THIS LOCATION IS NOW CHARGING FOR REFILLS… WAS ADVISED AFTER I PAID OF THIS CHANGE!!! NO SIGNS UP STATING THIS!!!
Also just witnessed others getting refills.. Discrimination suit coming their way !!!

I am first time in this area (coming for other state ) for work reasons after I finish my task I was trying to get breakfast at 11:00 am So I was driving on horse road heading to other place when I saw side of the road the advertisement of the Manhattan Bagel . I fallow direction instructions and found the place
Stuff is friendly and food is high quality (fresh and great flavor. I take a very delicious asparagus, mushrooms and egg whites sandwich (with a fresh and toasted bagel )

Came in before my family went to the beach. I get the same thing every time at Manhattan Bagel: A garlic bagel with cream cheese, avocado, sunny side up egg, and Swiss cheese. I’ve gone here for years and l’ve never gotten a different order. I told the cashier my order and I had to correct her not once, not twice, but three times.
Each of which she asked the same questions that I already answered. We spent 40 dollars, waited 20 minutes, and we left!
When I opened my bagel, no cream cheese. I walked in and asked for a side of cream cheese because I asked for it 3 times and the manager/owner started arguing with me. I told him I asked for cream cheese and the girl kept messing up my order, 3 times! He argued with me for a couple minutes then asked me for 80 cents for the cream cheese. I said no and walked out. My father went back in and argued with him, we got our 80 cent cream cheese!
Btw.. totally not worth it. The food was extremely mid.
