employees were all very kind, i wanna lead with that!!
this was my first time here so i cant judge all the food. i did have the avocado toast bagel (plain bagel) and the mango white tea. the avocado was pretty bland and not quite ripe i think.. but that could be personal preference. the bagel itself though was so good i just scooped the avocado off and ate it on its own, which is pretty impressive for a plain bagel.
the store is pretty uncomfortable when its crowded, especially when rude doordashers are pushing through and shoving their phone in the cashier’s face. so if youre uncomfortable in tight spaces, maybe order ahead or delivery, because it can be a little bit of a wait with a lot of people.
overall i’d definitely go and try some of their other items! maybe just at a different time of day when it’s hopefully not so busy 🙂

We were thrilled to find out that they carry my favorite gluten free bagels. Every time we visit though the bagels are given to us ice cold despite us asking for them heated up. The bagels are inedible without being heated. My husband even asked for it to be redone and they handed it back to him half cold. After three visits like this we are done. Bummer because the bagels are good when actually done right.

My go-to spots are the Moorestown and Cherry Hill locations. I love the lox and whitefish bagel sandwiches. Both places are very consistent, and the staff is friendly and reasonable! The coffee is also decent.
Moorestown has limited space and is mainly for takeout, while Cherry Hill offers a nice area to sit, eat, and chat!

Visited today and ordered the smokehouse brisket egg sandwich. Service was quick, good customer service and sand-which was good ! My only suggestion is changing the ordering. You place your order over the counter. Then go to the register having to repeat what you ordered, so you can pay.

I visited this location for the first time. I’m a high risk candidate for COVID-19 so I have to be extra careful. There is very little space inside for people to spread out safely so I stayed outside and noticed I could text my order. An employee noticed I was waiting outside and came out to ask if I ordered. Davian was his name and was very helpful to make sure my order was taken and even took my card and ran it so I did not have to go inside. Just note that if you order via text message it does not inform you that your order was taken. It would also be helpful to call the store to make sure they received your order even though the text message auto reply states your order was received. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a toasted everything bagel. Bagel was smaller than I’m used to but delicious. I will definitely be returning to this location.

Loved it great experience atmosphere is rough just because where its located, and how small it is for the volume it does. Jesus packed in there tight! But truly the food was excellent the service was quick and efficient we got in and out very quickly. Bravo I will be back

TL;DR – Disappointing. I’m out.
The new owners and workers are decent enough people but they have screwed up my last 3 orders so I’m out. I used to go religiously for the old owners. And man, they were busy. All the time. They were easy orders, too. It’s not hard to make a pork roll, egg, and cheese, but somehow these good people do it every time. The crazy part is the last two times they ADDED weird spreads. This past time they left out cheese…crazy. The worst part is that it wasn’t busy. Any of the times. This time, it was literally just me picking up an order on a slow Sunday morning. Probably had 3 other call-ins/online orders. Simply put – unacceptable. It’s a shame when new owners come in and the quality goes to hell. I’ll be going to another spot a little further away instead. Good luck yall!
