(I ordered online and came to pick up the food. We got preztel bites, BLT, and ceaser salad I did come around 10-11 which is there rush hours)
The atmosphere seemed amazing! They had dart, slots, and, karaoke. Place was very crowded. There were kids running around and having fun. We did have an issue with our food, we originally didn’t get our Caesar salad and I had to go back and get it. Which is fine. They were SUPER busy. The only issue I had is that it was hard getting a hold of. I originally was gonna order on the phone but no one answered. I had to call roughly 5 times before I got an answer.
Food is good and its a good location. Hard to find parking though. Im gonna give it another go!
(There are a few pretzel bites missing and few bites taken from the food. I was hungry)

Went to try out Mangy Dawg Pub, I heard that they had karaoke on Fridays. Had draft beer it was cold as I like it, bartenders were beautiful and friendly. The manager introduced himself as Aaron he wanted to make sure everything was good and told me to let him know if anything was needed. The KJ doing the karaoke was Henry he was very nice and did a great job running the karaoke. Had some food it came out hot and was delicious this Is a place I will definitely return to. Thanks for the great evening

I come to this bar all the time to see Melissa (the bartender) on Fridays… I just found out they fired her!! I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE!!! Mangys really messed up with letting Melissa go!! She brings a shine to this crappy bar!! Always out of liquor we go for the service and for her!! Cause they are always out of the food items we like!! This bar is definitely gonna lose business!!! She will be missed for sure!!!

I enjoy finding the unusual food and Mangy Dawg has one of the best I’ve tried, the Cheddar Bacon PB&J. You get the choice of either grape or strawberry jelly. I got grape but the other flavors dominated, so I don’t think it makes a difference. The jelly simply provides a nice sweetness. What sends this dish over the top is it comes with a deep fried Twinkee. They cover the Twinkee with either strawberry or caramel.sauce and whip creme. In my opinion, the creme filling is best part of the Twinkee. Unfortunately,, it’s suffered from shrinkflation. Plus, the deep fried melts the inner creme, so the extra whip creme was very welcomed.

We waited a very long time for this place to open and we are always looking for a great neighborhood spot unfortunately this wasn’t it. We started off with the breaded jalapeño poppers..the cheese looked curdled and the jalapeños were damn near raw. It was served with a dipping sauce that had decent flavor but was super watery. We should have taken this as a sign but in an effort to give a new place a chance we ordered the chicken parm sandwich with onions rings on the advice of our server that claimed the onions rings were delicious. The chicken was alright but the breading just fell off the chicken and the bun crumble on the first bite which made it feel like the bread was old. The onions rings were soo greasy that as im writing this review I feel sick to my stomach. My brother ordered wings 6 Asian sweet/spicy and 6 garlic parmesan. The Asian ones were actually the best things ordered but the garlic parmesan were served in a pool of oil and it was not edible at all. The fries were mediocre at best. To say we were disappointed is a massive understatement! Our server Pam was awesome, very attentive and pleasant to speak to. We spoke to Gianna the manager regarding our concerns and she listened attentively and offered to comp some of our food but to be very honest and clear, I would have much rather have gotten quality fresh food than getting comped. We appreciate that she tried but unfortunately won’t be returning.

We went last weekend, to visit our favorite server/bartender, Melissa. The place was packed and there was no where to sit. Everyone seemed to have been drinking, including bartenders. When we finally got their attention and asked for Melissa, we had to ask twice. Their response was “Oh, she doesn’t work here any more.”
The food was always okay. It is typical bar food. Something to eat while you are drinking and watching sports. The main reason we frequent restaurants and bars are the people, and in this case it was Melissa.
I don’t know the reason or reasons why Melissa is no longer working there, but we will not be returning.

I can’t rate the individual items appropriately because the only issue with this bar is the owner! I was here tonight and there was a patron who had a diabetic episode where he fell and got knocked out cold! I am also a bartender somewhere else and we are encouraged to become first aid and CPR certified which I am as a full time employee. This helped a lot in this situation with some other patrons who helped this man stabilize while we waited on emergency services.
My issue with this is why did patrons solve this issue? The staff did their best but clearly have not had training for this. What’s worse is there was no manager on duty whatsoever for this situation! Does this bar really have no manager!? Is a lawsuit in order for something like this with no management or training for a situation of this magnitude? On that note I know that the guy had been at the bar for so many hours that day that it included multiple shifts of bartenders all on one tab!!! How does this happen!? Oh ya… No management… What establishment let’s someone drink for 8+ hours!?
So now I get to the worst part which is what made me write this review. I as a bartender as well; who happens to be trained for situations such as this was beyond appalled that this place didn’t have management to tend to this situation let alone be trained to do so! Unfortunately it wasn’t the lack of training in this situation where someone aged 50+ mind you was dealing with something potentially life threatening with his age and the fall he took out of his chair. My biggest OMG moment was when us patrons and untrained staff solved the situation and had EMTs called and awaited their arrival . I mentioned to a staff member that it was crazy bad luck for this to happen on a night where there isn’t any form of management around. Then minutes later the OWNER of all people walks out and starts wiping down tables! She did absolutely nothing if not negative amounts of help with this dire situation in HER bar! She sat upstairs the entire time this unfolded and knew it was going on! Someone could’ve died in her establishment tonight on her watch and she couldn’t have cared less because it was past her bed time and she had to listen to whatever podcast or whatever is going on in her Bluetooth Trucker earpiece.
