Lovely little bar and restaurant with and other Caribbean fare. The Mangochos, empenadas and tacos are all great. Great tunes, vibes, patrons and staff. The decor is, islandy vibrant and has a DJ booth.

the food was good but started to call the health department because the bartender is the server and the cleaning lady so she was cleaning tables and touching our food with out washing her hands i asked for a straw she touched it instead of grabbing a napkin to pick it up she was throwing food in the trash people ate then going right back to serving so i had my food remade and the cook changed his gloves and brought it to me which was great my suggestion is to get a server and make sure that they’re doing hand washing because covid is still out also she wasn’t cleaning the glasses so i asked for a plastic cup ..

Came to eat here on Wednesday 2/25 for my cousins birthday. The Bartender (wish) was extremely rude. She first didn’t greet us at all. She took our order and said “i’m gonna have to close you guys out right away.” before we even got our food or drinks, We weren’t even finished drinking. We were most likely going to order more drinks since we were celebrating a birthday! Another family member came in and sat with us, so there were 5 of us to a table and the server proceeded to say “ I don’t know how this is all gonna work” as if it was a problem that there were 5 of us to a table. When we received our drinks we realized one was missing and she said “ i don’t even think i rang it in.” and we showed her the receipt that it was on there but we didn’t receive it after ordering it. We were so excited to try here but completely and utterly dissatisfied and disappointed as how rude and unwelcoming the bartender was.

Food and atmosphere is amazing. The wings are and them steak fries are delicious along with tacos and burritos. The staff rocked even tho there were super busy. Gabby was amazing very friendly under pressure she makes great beverages.

The server was incredibly kind. I absolutely loved the guava cream cheese empanadas, they were sweet, and creamy. I also got a piña colada, a Caribbean taco with authentic steak, and beef tacos . Every single bite was delicious! Everything tasted flavorful. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

I heard great comments about there tacos so I decided to give them a try and I wasn’t disappointed, although I only tried tacos side of beans, rice.

My husband & I were hooked the first time we were here, so yesterday we brought our adult kids and they agreed! Food & specialty cocktails are spectacular, the owner greeted us & complimented us with – our FAVORITE honey bites! What a nice gesture!!! We’ll keep referring our family & friends to Mangos East!
