Waited 30 minutes for a scheduled order. Received a half burnt pizza with half handful of cheese that tasted like cardboard. Called to speak with a manager whom had us send a photo of this crap pizza, for that manager to tell us that is what all of there pizzas look and taste like. Trash!!

I have ordered from Little Caesars a lot of time. I have to admit, this is one of the best locations to order from. Ordered Large pepperoni pizza and wings. Good amount of cheese and right amount of sauce, wings were perfect too. Definitely recommend this place. Cashier was super friendly and nice. ☺️

I dont believe these employees were trained. No greeting. No, “NEXT!” when it was my turn, No “Hot and Ready” anything in any of the 3 cases that were labeled for it. No thank you or any ending to the transaction. I had to ask for my receipt and my change from a 50. Also No, instructions or information given for my wait time. Overall poor experience. I wont return. P.S no bags! 3 pepperoni pizzas 4 crazy breads, 4 sauces, no bag. WOW what happened Little Ceasars!? Everyone working there should hang their head in shame.

Came in to get a simple pizza, cashier lady her name is: chaylin c. was very rude very impatient when literally was no other customer besides myself but the attitude was because she was trying to overcharge me for the pizza I was trying to get. I had to tell her that she don’t have to be so rude over simple questions and definitely she don’t need to yield. So unprofessional that is the one of one of customer service be polite and professional. I just hope the management team do something about it. I will definitely not be coming back where I get mistreated for spending my money

These guys never mess up my order. They always make my pizza just the way i asked and ive never gotten a bad pizza from them since i moved to the area in 2019. Great track record for me if you ask me.

I ordered 12 pizzas for my daughter’s birthday online, not knowing they used DoorDash. The driver dropped them off on the step of the WRONG HOUSE and by the time I got to them they were covered in ants. The customer service number I called is a JOKE. They told me from the beginning I would get a refund and after 3 months of “10-12” business days they told me I was not approved for a refund because it was my fault I wasn’t in contact with the driver. Ridiculous. It’s not this stores fault but they did not try to make it right at all. I will never order online again.
