I had pupusas, carne asada lunch, & plantains w/ crema and they were great! The employees are very friendly and explain the menu well. They also didn’t mind me doing my work on my laptop while I eat. I also got a limited time only coupon for next time use.

So I actually grab lunch here sometimes, the food here is great and getting a Combo with the Gaither’s Burger or Chicken Cheesesteak just is a great choice. Their fries are sometimes some of the best (the fish in the fish sandwich is a bit small) and my only gripe is time of preparation, I can handle the 10-20 minute wait, but for some situations and people that may be too long.

I ordered hot wings and wings were not hot in spice. I had to add Hot sauce. This may not be a big deal to some of you, but when I order what I want, I want what I ordered and I got plain wings.. and if I am paying over $40, I deserve to get what I paid for. But I work in customer service, especially food and hospitality so I’m going to tell you that whatever review you said means nothing to me and Gino’s. Quality so inconsistent. Be careful!!!

This was my go to for ordering until today. I ordered a pizza & salad through Door Dash bc I’m not feeling well and didn’t want to leave the house. Door Dash has is an option that says that if your ordered cannot be accommodated that I would be contacted. 10 to 15 min later I got a message from DD stating my order was canceled by the restaurant w/out even a call to me to let me know why. When I called the young lady said that it was canceled b/c they no longer carried that exact salad. And when I said why didn’t you call me and let me know instead so I could order a different salad instead of just canceling and she said bc it was easier to cancel and it was busy in the store and I can just make another order through door dash. That is extremely unprofessional! This has happened to me another time but someone was nice enough to call me to adjust my order and not cancel it so I couldn’t understand why they would just cancel my order with no contact to me. So when I asked to speak to a supervisor she said she was the supervisor, which to me was very surprising bc a supervisor should not conduct business that way. I explained to her that Door Dash would not give me back my money right away and her only solution was to deal with them about it and there was nothing she could do. Why would I leave work to go over there for a mistake they made?? When I asked for her supervisor’s name she gave it to me, but when I asked for her name she hung up on me. I called back again and got it her name. Her name is “Mary”. Only positive I can say is that she didn’t have a nasty attitude and offered a discount if I came in, but that was only b/c I asked about a discount. Other than that she was not helpful and def not acting as a supervisor should with a customer. I am very turned off and will not be ordering from here again!

Ordered online, and asked for ranch and blue chees even paid extra, they sent two honey mustards (I can not eat theses). Chicken tenders were very dry especially with no sauce.

They’re Teriyaki wings are delicious. For some reason they’re listed on the website but not the actual menu I have, but they have them & I highly recommend if you like a sweet & tangy wing. Perfectly crispy every time I’ve had them.

Don’t come here looking for an authentic Italian experience. This is for sure Italian **American** food. Greasy, Overly rich…and delicious. If you’re into that of course. I had a Calzone. Crispy outside, flavorful cheesy inside. I did get a bit tired of the taste past halfway through, but I’m giving it four stars because the food was solid and the service was very friendly. Definitely worth at least one try to see if you vibe with it.

Had their Steak and cheese sub. Steak was definitely juicy, bread was perfect. I have to say, I expected a little more meat. Also, ordered their NY style cheese cake which was also very good but again the slice was smaller than I expected.
