Today FRIDAY, APRIL 7 2023..we decided to visit for the first time North Point Mall for some food at the food court….very sad to say…Terrible, we, me and my husband, ordered 3 item combo… look at the picture. Barely any meat protein in it. She knew what she was doing too. It’s as easy as : NEVER COMING BACK. And this is suppose to be a “good, nice mall” yeah sure. (NOT AT ALL)

Bad customer service when getting food at 2pm Friday. Food was okay, I’ve had better…they upcharge you for lemonade for no reason. Lemonade is not special nor did it make sense to charge you more for it. I wont spend $14.09 ever again at the mall location.

Alright, so I decided to try this food place out with my family! A little deterred by the reviews with ‘Dried Stir Fried vegetables,’ I took a look through the display area and I said am gonna try it. I rate the taste of the food and the presentation. The cashier could have been a bit more pleasant, but guess you can’t pay for happiness. However, try their delicacies with the flavors and tasty meals, you won’t regret it.

It’s 4pm, I just came from JC Penny getting my hair done. Stopped by one restaurant couldn’t order due to bad service so I came here, one guy ahead of me ok cool. I get to order and I ask the girl if it was possible to get some fresh food, how long has this food been out. She said it’s not old, ok what’s not old? Why can’t I just get fresh food? Can your customer service be worse? I asked a question cause the food looked dried out and most places will give you fresh food! The girl at the counter just keep saying it’s not old it’s not old! I just took my food and left! I honestly wanted to give it right back and get a full refund cause what’s the problem??? If you can’t run a business with respect just close up shop then you won’t have to deal with customers

This was a horrible experience. Do Not Eat here!!! I got the 3 entre 1 side deal, the cracked peppercorn chicken, had absolutely no chicken at all only onions, celery, and peppercorns, the broccoli and beef had no beef at all, got about 3 pieces of sesame chicken, and about a spoon full of vegetable fried rice. Every thing was left over from yesterday and the tea tasted like rotten left over mop water. It made me sick to my stomach. The manager was unapologetic and didn’t care, I asked for my money back, they refused. The CSR was rude and lied about the manager being there, also refused money return. Smirked as I left. Stopped payment for refusal to make my order right. Called health department because the food made me puke.

To be honest with you my food was good until I found something in my cup that didn’t belong. They are also charge me two times on my card. When I noticed it they gave me a hard time speaking to a supervisor or person in charge, I eventually end up getting my money but I had to go through a lot of things. I had to threaten them with calling corporate just to get my money back.
