Cute small Colombian place in Miami. Food was great, ordered a Palomilla with fries for my daughters to share, great portion. Ordered the petacones which had plenty of meat and guacamole. The paisa platter was huge with rice, beans, 1 fried egg, pork and chorizo. Fresh juices are more like a smoothie than a juice. Their fresh lemonade is not overly sweet. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Manantial Market is like taking a mini trip to Colombia without buying a plane ticket ✈️
The decoration is colorful, folkloric, and full of Colombian vibes. If you think of Colombia, you’ll probably find it here!

The restaurant serves all the classic Colombian breakfast and lunch favorites, and the bakery? Dangerous… because everything is delicious
Perfect place to shop, eat, and feel at home all at once. 🙂

It says $20-$30
But that’s for two people in most cases.

I got the bandeja paisa and it was literally amazing. 10/10

And it’s enough food for 2 people…. I couldn’t even finish it.

They also have a great selection of authentic Colombian products like coffee candy spices ingredients and other things

Nice atmosphere, but unfortunately the service was quite slow during our visit. The some food was ok, but the meat didn’t taste very fresh and the soup was tasteless, which was disappointing. Hoping for improvements because the ambiance has great potential.

Great Colombia mini market with a lot of souvenir type items in the store from Colombia. Bakery was average at best. Worst part is the tiny parking in front. Staff could learn to be more friendly. I will definitely consider coming back to buy some items on the market side, but not the bakery. Hot chocolate I ordered was too watered down. Looks beautiful but sadly disappointed in the taste of the empanada, pandebono y buñuelo. I’ve had better.

El Manantial is a gem of a Colombian restaurant that truly captures the essence of authentic, homemade Colombian cuisine. From the moment you step inside, you’re welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels like a little slice of Colombia in the heart of the city. The food is fresh, bursting with flavor, and prepared with genuine care—every dish reminds you of the comforting meals you’d find in a Colombian household.

The service is outstanding, with staff who are not only attentive but also eager to share the rich cultural background of the dishes they serve. Whether you’re craving traditional Colombian staples or looking to explore something new, El Manantial has something for everyone.

One of the highlights of El Manantial is their in-house market, offering a variety of Colombian delicacies. It’s perfect for those who miss the tastes of home or for anyone curious to take some Colombian flavors back with them.

The only downside is the parking, which can be a bit of a challenge. But trust me, the experience is worth the extra effort. If you’re in the mood for an authentic Colombian experience, El Manantial is a must-visit!

We had bandeja paisa, bean soup, fried fish with vegetables and with rice, carne asada with rice and maduros, guanabana and maracuya juice. The juices were in water and no sugar, and they were good.

The meat and the fish were good and a very large portion. The rice was delicious but a smaller amount that I expected, as well as the vegetables. The bean soup (red beans) was more watery than I expected for a Colombian restaurant, my Colombian husband was disappointed with them.

All the waiters were attentive and kind, overall a good experience.

Ps. The parking lot is small. We got here early (at noon) and it was easy to find a parking spot, but when we left one hour later there was a long line waiting for a parking spot. The first car in the line wouldn’t back up to let us out. They just wanted to get our parking spot without letting us leave. This was annoying .
I’m not sure if there’s more parking available in the back
