Below average overall. The salsa is trash, Seems like some out of the can stuff. Breakfast burritos are small not alot of flavor, Carne asada is mid and hurt my stomach. Cheese enchiladas tasted like it was microwaved. Beans and rice cold dry. Can you guys please do better?

This restaurant is truly a gem! From the moment you walk in, they make you feel like family. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the food is always delicious. You can tell the cooks love what they do because they’re always smiling and happy—it really adds to the experience. A special shout-out to Maritza, who is so kind and sweet. I like stopping at Manana’s after riding up in the Laguna mountains. Restaurant is usually very clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is usually really good. The service is fairly quick and if they are not too busy they bring the food out to your table. I had the chicken fajita salad today which is usually really good but the chicken was dry and a little overcooked. That being said I will still come back as the food is usually really good, large portions, and reasonably priced.

This Mexican restaurant is okay The inside is clean the food is mediocre. The tortilla to meet and other sauces ratio is a little off and the burritos weren’t cheap. If you’re in Alpine and you want Mexican food it’s not a bad choice but I would say save your money and maybe wait until you get into downtown San Diego or in one of the other boroughs of San Diego that has Mexican food.

We stop off here for breakfast prior to riding our mountain bikes in the Great SoCal Outback. My go-to dish is the shrimp burrito which is filled with plump shrimps, and some cabbage along with a tasty white sauce. No unnecessary filler-rice here. My husband loves the chicken taco. The food is tasty and delivered to the table with a smile.

This is my absolute favorite spot for getting the best fish tacos. Their chicken and beef tacos are excellent, too. The staff are friendly, they have an excellent salsa bar, which is usually clean and fresh. The vibe and decore of the place is top notch. It feels quaint here, and it is beautifully decorated. They have 2 TVs, usually with sports playing. Also, the bathrooms are nice and clean and beautifully decorated. You can also buy a beer here.
On Taco Tuesday, their special is for only a select type of tacos, usually for ½ to ⅗ the normal price.
I highly recommend this place, I have been going here multiple times per week often for years. I love this place.

Food is okay, but the vibe is strange. The cooks are so voyeuristic, they constantly look through the window to gawk and comment at people in the lobby. It was so disturbing. Ordered the bacon breakfast burrito, it was alright. The service is slow since the cooks are busy staring at customers, expect to wait a while.
