A very delicious dinner. The seafood was tasty, fresh, and the sashimi was very delicate.
The meat was also incredibly tender.
I also forgot to take a photo of the mochi ice cream dessert.
Everything was delicious. Stunning views, a pleasant atmosphere, and friendly staff.

We stopped into the Mānalo Lounge for drinks and small plates and were genuinely impressed. The food here is not just “resort good” — it’s actually excellent. The salmon in particular was one of the best I’ve ever had, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Across the board, every dish we ordered was a 9.5/10. You can tell there’s real care in the preparation and presentation.

The atmosphere is relaxed and open-air, with a view that makes you want to slow down and just enjoy where you are. Cocktails were balanced and not overly sweet, and the staff, while sometimes a bit stretched during busy times, was warm and attentive once they got to us.

If you’re staying at the Four Seasons, make a point to come here at least once — ideally around sunset. The photos don’t even do it justice. Great food, great drinks, and a setting that feels like classic Hawai‘i.

The dinner was very delicious. We ordered sushi and seafood everything was great, we really liked it. We also had a hot stone steak, which we really enjoyed as well. We will definitely come back.

They gave my girl peanuts even tho we warned them of her allergy ASAP. So it took long for her food. Went here right before I engaged. Food was amazing except the dragonfly hand roll. That was kind of gross and got stuck in my throat multiple times. Nasty consistency. Everything else was absolutely delicious. Portion sozes are as small as they can get away with so you’re left hungy and having to order more. For myself and my now fiancé I spent $250. We even waited 15 minutes for a Coke Zero. I enjoyed it overall but there was much that could’ve been better. Also since it’s a lounge the seats were odd and uncomfortable. I had to lean back FAR. I mean super far just to have my back against the seat rest.

Beach-side oasis after a long day of sitting by the pool. We love everything Manolo had to offer. Staff was great. Food was delicious. Atmosphere was casual and relaxing. We sampled a little of everything and it was all good. I recommend a visit! See the receipt for pricing info.

There are a few restaurants on the property but this one was my favorite. Their lobster ramen was out of the world. If you were to ask your chef friend to make the best ramen ever for your birthday this would be it. Fried tofu was also very impressive. Thin-crunchy outside with a hint of spice + warm tofu inside was a good balance, perfect food to pair with a glass of beer. Finally the toasted rice ice cream gives you a combination of saltiness + sweetness + crunchiness with caramel.. strongly recommended!

Birthday vibes in full tropical effect! I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect evening with sunshine, ocean breeze, and the kind of golden-hour glow that makes you feel like you’re in a dream. We dined beachside soaking up that luxe island energy with every bite. Yeah, the food leans $$$ (hello, $90 uni roll ), but honestly? You’re not just paying for the dish, you’re buying front-row seats to paradise. ✨

Even if the uni didn’t rock our world, the view sure did. From sunny skies to a sunset that melted into the waves, chef’s kiss. And the bonus? Free 4-hour parking validation when you dine at the resort, so no valet drama. It was a beautiful, breezy, star-studded kinda night (low-key hoping for a celeb sighting ), and I felt nothing but gratitude. Truly a blessed birthday in island-style luxury.

Hands down excellent food and service! This was a last minute choice- we just wanted small plates. Our server Justin was phenomenal and deserves a shoutout and the restaurant should def do something nice for him! He had great recommendations. We shared the cauliflower bites which I totally would come back and order two plates of they were that good. The Gyoza were our faves also- crispy and the meat blended well with the veg and the ponzu was a top quality. The Bao was great too – the pork belly was crispy and made just right, the beef was alright. Honestly the bao was too much food after all that. They did have a Japanese French fries special that sounded great but there was no way we could have done that Next time? lol
Justin actually recommended a local beer they have for breakfast not on the night menu from Hana Koa. He was able to get the manager to open the case for me and I’m glad he did. This was honestly the best beer I’ve ever had. Did I just say that? I did! I literally want to pick some up now. It was smooth dark and deep and had a nice clean finish- Summer Stout. He said they are very close to Japanese beers which I will try when we go this year. I finished with the Party Boy Pils which was sweet but clean.

The bill was a bit higher but the meal was worth it. So balance yourself when dining here and enjoy. The service was excellent and you feel valued. We visited this resort when it was under Marriott and not great. Four Season quality is def shining here ☀️
I’m going to add an addendum- we came here again and brought our friend. We did the cauliflower again- still banging! And this time we did dessert. The Toasted Rice Ice cream sundae was the best dessert we had this whole trip. It was the perfect blend of sweet and salty and everything. I will dream of that sundae until I die it was that good!

The service and atmosphere are good. We didn’t have reservations on a Wednesday night and we got a table right away facing the lagoon. We ordered the sunset roll, A5 wayu on hot stone and the seafood ramen. The roll and wayu beef are great, but the seafood ramen was not my favorite. This $68 ramen noodle soup is no match to the 1500 yen ($10) one in Ginza. The broth is bland and has a bitter taste, because they have cooked the Gai lan veggies in the
soup. Raw carrots sticks and beans sprouts in the ramen, they are not a good addition. I wish they could use bamboo shoots and corn.
Anyway I have high hopes for this restaurant but it turns out not meeting my expectations.
