I love an omakase experience, so I was excited to find one in leavenworth. Of course there are dishes and flavors you love (skirt steak) and some that aren’t for you (ravioli) but are nevertheless, excellent. My largest food-related suggestion would be a rethinking of the non-alcoholic pairings/mocktails. My partner liked 2 of his drinks, I only liked one. That has never happened to us before and it was disappointing. The flavors were not enjoyable at all. But the second suggestion i would make effected everyone at our table. It was freezing in the restaurant (and outside, as we were made to wait outside until staff were ready). And as the experience progressed, it only became more pronounced. We were all ready to go by mid-meal and putting our coats back on while we ate. So please, I realize it’s winter but this can be improved upon for the diners.

We had an incredible meal to remember with friends. The staff and atmosphere were warm and welcoming. Every detail added to the experience, from the soft lighting to the abundant use of plants and the upbeat instrumental music. The food and wine were exquisite – learning about each dish before tasting made the experience even more meaningful. Worth every penny. Hope we get to return some day.

My Husband and I dined here for our wedding anniversary expecting a memorable and luxurious experience. We left feeling as if we over payed for twigs found on the side of the road. The food was horrible and honestly very disappointing. The best part of the dining experience was the wine. We have had much more memorable dining experiences elsewhere in Leavenworth save your money.

One of my top 3 favorite restaurants in spite of having eaten in many big cities at Michelin Star and James Beard award winning restaurants and celebrity chef establishments. Mana was exquisite from the food to service to atmosphere, I have very little to say that isn’t just incredibly positive. Their wine pairing was spot on and at an approachable cost compared to most fine dining. Many places claim to be Farm to Table but this often ends up being lip service, Mana truly embodied this with high quality veggies, seasonal variety, and a staff that was not only knowledgeable but completely enthusiastic about their offerings and where their food comes from. It’s such a gem for an area of Washington that isn’t anything like the bustling culinary scene of Seattle and I hope to be back someday.

We dined here for our wedding dinner and we were blown away! The staff went above and beyond to make our evening feel extra special. The combination of flavors and the creativity of the dishes were top notch. Being a foodie, this was such a nice treat; and something different to enjoy in Leavenworth (primarily having only German options gets old). We sat outside in a small greenhouse that had heaters. They also provided blankets. It was such an intimate and private setting, that we felt like we had the whole restaurant to ourselves. Each chef came out and explained the different courses and food preparation styles. We also ordered the non-alcoholic drink pairings, and they were divine. We absolutely could not have asked for a better dining experience for our wedding day. We will be back for our anniversary!

we had such a spectacular time at Mana! I’m not one to usually finish a meal, and I cleaned my plate on every course. The pairings (both alcoholic & non-alcoholic) are WELL worth it and the food was just… I don’t even have words for how much we loved it. Would highly recommend!! I only took a photo of dessert, but I’ll share it.

My sister and I were so lucky to get a last minute reservation here, since they only do one seating.

We were sat inside next to the chefs table which was a treat! There is also outdoor seating in these cool clear igloos.

The servers here were all very nice. The staff works as a team so you will have multiple people attending to you (even the head chef) which I liked!

The menu does change and it is a set dinner. We opted for the wine pairings. All of the food was unique, fresh, and local! My favorite was the jalapeño ice cream because I normally do not like jalapeños but this blew me away.

Highly recommend this place! But make your reservations well in advance!

Our overall experience was definitely positive. The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was welcoming and at the same time classy. The food was where we weren’t awed. The courses got better as the went but the first two (excluding the amuse) were a let down. In the soup course, the squash soup had a bit of a grainy texture and the corn bread was very dense. The salad course was a very neat idea with a celery root ravioli but I think the dish had too many elements that had very little “high” flavors that made the dish feel a little overwhelming. The fish, steak, and dessert were all fantastic. I had the elixir pairing and some of those were just not to my taste. I’m sure they would be delicious to most but they didn’t match my personal preferences which is not on them. The carrot ginger juice with the second course was too heavy on the ginger for me and the first course pairing was a kombucha that had a floral note which is not my preference. I’m not sure I would return but I enjoyed my time there.

Second time at Mana and another fantastic experience. This time on the summer solstice, compared to our last time during the holidays. Located a short walk from city center, they have an inviting patio with about 10 tables and music playing in the background.

The 7 course dinner had a great mix of surf, turf, areal and vegetables. My favorite course was the Copper River Sockeye Salmon. My wife enjoyed the wine pairing but I have to say that the non-alcoholic pairing was absolutely amazing, with most of it brewed, infused and concocted on site. My favorite drink was the Bee in a Tux.

The staff is very friendly and always willing to answer questions. You end up meeting most of the staff by the time dinner is over.

What an absolute treat this was. Came in for the weekend and didn’t do much research on food. Saw Mana had a high rating and figured I’d book a table.

Even as a solo diner they were so nice and it wasn’t awkward at all. But the food was absolutely outstanding. They accommodated my vegetarian diet and they had a non-alcoholic pairing menu, which was awesome.

If you are in town don’t hesitate to make a reservation. It’s fantastic!
