Only one waitress. Bartender tried to fill in and help waitress. Finally able to order from bartender then after order placed the waitress showed up. Food excellent and plentiful. Waitress. After a while picked up remaining food. And packaged and bagged it for us.

I made a quick stop here recently for an errand (to grab a gift card) and stayed long enough to enjoy a drink at the bar—I’m so glad I did!
The ambiance of this location is completely different from its sister spots. Unlike the more cozy, traditional feel of the Kingston location or the intimate setting in Plymouth, the Marshfield restaurant feels wide-open, contemporary, and bright. The bar is prominent and inviting, making it a great place to meet up.
Even though my visit was brief, the service was attentive, and everyone was friendly. I was really impressed by the energy here. I’m definitely planning a return trip soon to spend more time at the bar and try some food. If you’re looking for a fresh take on the classic Mamma Mia’s family restaurants, this is it!

Now 2025 -I went back for the gluten free pizza it was not as good as over a year ago . Very sad where can I go for good GF pizza now ? The cook at Venus retired and their pizza went down hill too !
Before; Mamma Mia’s in Marshfeild!
I have been to Marshfeild for many years but didn’t know about this restaurant! What a comfortable place to eat ,and my first time ! The Gluten-free cheese pizza was to die for ! The barmaid was so polite and professional!

I’m SO upset because I just picked up me and my kids dinner and we had to throw it away.. the chicken was gummy and had knots in it, they forgot tomato in my wrap, and the fries are almost always undercooked. I can’t stand wasting my money here anymore. I paid almost $30 for a wrap and kids meal and we had to dispose of it since the chicken was that bad. I’m done coming here.

Marshfield location service and food are good as always, but detest the new remodel. I do not wish to eat in a noisy bar. Back over to the Carver location for us.

I don’t order here very often, but I was craving chicken parm the other day, and this hit the spot. The chicken was juicy, sauce delicious, and the pasta was cooked just right.

Went for the buck a shuck oysters and it was prime rib night. We ordered 18 oysters..12 for him and 6 for me. Our lovely young server Alicia came right back to us telling us that there was only 6 oysters left… so disappointing.
He had the prime rib which was good but a little pricy at $32.50. I wasn’t so hungry so had a lovely small house salad with yummy blue cheese dressing on the side and a flat bread margarita pizza which was good… took most of it home which I love.
All in all it was a nice dinner just really missed enjoying more oysters.. that was the draw for us initially to go there. Hopefully they will order plenty and the next time we will be happier!

Phenomenal food but even a better waitress. Erin treated us like family. Was very attentive and always made sure we were satisfied and all set. She made our night!!

We had takeout from the Marshfield location of eggplant parmigiana and pasta bolognese, shown on the left and right in the image. Both fell flat and didn’t have that fresh zestful italian cooking flavor, it was mediocre at best. The eggplant was mushy and dull and submerged in an under-seasoned sauce, and the bolognese was bland with a few onions and meat bits and was topped with an off-putting glob of mozzarella cheese. You’ll do much much better with Mia Regazza if you have the time.

We got take out pizza when Mamma Mia opened in 1974! It’s been our place since . After moving to Plymouth, it’s Friday nights on the waterfront. When our kids and grandkids visit from across the country, it always includes a trip back for pizza. Thank you for a great pie!!!
