This is our second time eating at Mamma G’s and it was excellent. Homemade pasta is excellent, portions are large and the service felt like we were back in Italy. Highly recommend!

I would give 10 stars! We arrived at a busy time but got seated pretty quickly. Everyone working here is welcoming, professional and very helpful with the menu. We appreciated that they are trained to pronounce the food correctly The owner is from the Abruzzo region. Humongous portions of delicious food! No wonder it’s the local favorite. We loved it so much.

Food was magnificent. Really delicious food for great value. The appetizer, main dishes , bread , deserts and the wine were all great.

The restaurant seems small but pretty spacious. It was talking volume which was really nice. The food was amazing. The egg drop soup my wife died for and the chicken French would melt in your mouth. The alfredo was so creamy and delicious. Simply amazing and decent portions.
Service was a super friendly and helpful. When asked about pairing wines with certain food they checked with the in house wine expert and was perfectly spot on! Just an amazing experience!

Disappointing experience overall.
I ordered the meatball appetizer, Greens & Beans, and the Caprese salad.
The Caprese came without basil — a key ingredient. Only after I pointed it out did the waitress apologize and explain they had run out. I didn’t understand why the dish was served at all without informing me or letting me decide if I still wanted it.
The meatballs felt like they had more breadcrumbs or filler than actual meat. The texture and taste were noticeably off.
The Greens & Beans were the best part of the meal — flavorful and well-balanced.
We also ordered the gnocchi, which was a bit tough and slightly disappointing.

Casual dining atmosphere and the service is usually pretty reliable, and on my most recent visit it was excellent — attentive, friendly, and timely. The menu offers a nice variety of Italian favorites without the high price tag, making it a good choice for anyone craving a satisfying meal that won’t break the bank.
If you’re in the Henrietta area and want a fairly inexpensive Italian dining experience with consistently good service, this is definitely worth a visit.
