I have been seeing this truck for over a month and had to wait until Lent was over to try it out. It has been hard finding Birria Tacos that are good and have a consistent consume. I ordered 4 tacos for me and a burrito for my husband. I can’t eat in the car, and I always need to add spices and things to my consume like lime, cayenne, garlic pepper, and Tapatio, but I was able to taste the burrito and it was good! I knew we were on to something when I didn’t hear any complaints from my husband . I love ❤️ Horchata and was pleasantly surprised when I tasted theirs. He says they order theirs from Mexico and add what’s needed. I like that it doesn’t have the starchy after-taste and not watered down. It’s nice and thick — dessert over ice ! I will definitely be back!!!

Gentleman is so nice. The birria meat has no flavor. The crunchy taco is literally 1/3 the size of a normal one for $3. Beans were good but cold.

It’s in the lot so I don’t know about atmosphere points, there’s no chairs and it’s simply to go. Birria doesn’t have much flavor but the gentleman is very nice which is why I gave a 5/5 on service. The only thing I would really recommend from here is the quesabirria
