I don’t use superlatives often, but this place truly deserves it. This is, without question, the best Chinese food I’ve ever had—and that’s coming from someone who has eaten Chinese cuisine across the U.S. and in other countries. From the very first bite, it was clear this wasn’t standard takeout. The flavors are layered, intentional, and incredibly well balanced.
What really sets this food apart is the depth. The seasonings don’t compete with each other; they work together. The subtle, aromatic notes—especially the garlic—are present without overpowering the dish, enhancing every bite instead of masking it. There’s a freshness and care here that you can taste immediately. This isn’t food that’s just meant to fill you up; it’s food that’s meant to be enjoyed slowly and remembered.
What impressed me most is that this isn’t just my personal reaction. My wife echoed the exact same thoughts without us even discussing it first, which says a lot. This is the best chinese restaurant in the entire world, I don’t care what anybody says, i love the lady that works here I’ve known her since I was 13 years old, I miss being able to go here. Our family liked the dishes we tried from here. We had the Sweet & Sour Chicken, Orange Chicken and Chicken Lo Mein. All were delicious and had generous portions. The owners were very friendly and answered all the questions we had. We’ll definitely be back.
Update (June 14, 2025): I changed my review from 4 to 5 stars. We ordered the Chicken Chow Mein and the Moo Goo Gai Pan. The Chow Mein was DELICIOUS!! My new favorite dish for sure. The Moo Goo was also delicious. It was very flavorful. At most restaurants this dish is pretty bland, but NOT here. My new favorite restaurant in town.

Only down is you can’t eat inside. We love this Chinese restaurant best in the area. So friendly, she’s remembers us and our kids each time and our order. Prives can’t be beat for the amount of food you get.

Ok, the best Chinese in the Ozark, Missouri area. The General Chicken and the Sweet and Sour is by far the best around. My family and I have tried them all , and by far Ha’s is the best. We always order it ahead and pick it up at the drive thru… service is excellent and am very happy with the food. When the family that owns it goes on vacation the whole community misses them …even posting on Facebook in random fear that they closed for good! Thank goodness for them always returning!
