I have always ordered rice from Mambo and has always been fresh and delicious. But today idk what happened the rice felt really weird. When we reach the bottom of the rice the rice felt kinda fresh. I think they mix my rice with and old one and a new one. Mambo isn’t the same now.

This is my first time visiting this place and I got a very pleasant surprise. I came to visit and since I arrived I felt very well attended by Yaima, who was super friendly attentive and always with a smile. The food took a little, but it was totally worth it because it was delicious. With such good attention and such delicious dishes, I would definitely come back without thinking. A beautiful and highly recommended experience for my little girl.

Ordered Mambos shrimp fried rice and popcorn shrimp to go, over the phone. We were give an approximate pick up time of 30 minutes from the time of the call. This would have been around 6:30pm pick up. We arrived at 6:30pm. Place was very busy and its understandable. But what is not is coming up to the to go counter and being ignored by all 3 ladies at the counter. Finally one of them acknowledged me. I let her know i had a phone order. She went and got someone else who asked the same questions. In all it took 20 minutes to pick up a to go order that should have been ready at 6:30. By this time food was luke warm and we had to reheat at home.

This is our first time trying your restaurant and it was unfortunate that when we drove all the way home and we got here we found moldy food in our order. It was a total waste of money and time. My question is, how do you guys get away with selling moldy food and still be in business?

I hate to say this, but Mamba Seafood has really lost its momentum. The food felt rushed and thrown together, and honestly it did not taste good at all. It wasn’t enjoyable, and I left feeling like I should’ve gone somewhere else.
Customer service was okay — the staff was just doing their job — but the atmosphere was about a 2 for me. Overall, this just isn’t my favorite place anymore. I was really disappointed, and I won’t be returning.

Staff were welcoming and helpful with our to-go order. I chose mambo classic and shirmp empanada, classic combo came with fish and shrimp fries, shrimp fried rice, tasted good but got cold quickly. Shrimp empanadas were the bomb, best I have tasted in a while.
