I am from Houston, Texas. I was in Burleson visiting my sister and we stopped to try this place! Highly recommend this place! Charlee and Jake were so friendly and helpful! The pizza was amazing and the restaurant was clean and bathrooms were so nice! Customer service was on point Pizza was the bonus!

Great pizza TERRIBLE service , the young lady at the front register has the WORST attitude. The small “personal salad” is not worth the money, lettuce was disgusting and the size is a joke.(picture below) not sure what was in the lettuce. Mens restrooms had no soap . Pizza may be great but the service will keep me from coming back. We ordered a side of jalapeños that we never received and we didn’t bother asking for them because of the attitude. Won’t be getting our money again. Learn to smile a little and be more courteous.

I’ve been eating at mama’s pizza for the last few years. Today I ordered two pizzas. My guest and I each ate half of pizza that were completely different. We both have some mild to severe symptoms of food poisoning now.
I’ve ordered from mama’s pizza a lot because they have the low carb, low sugar, cauliflower crust. They are hit or miss if they get my order right. I still continue ordering because of that cauliflower crust.
Tonight is different though. Out of respect for their business, I called to let the manager know that I and my guest ate something so bad that we were “peeing out of our butts.” I told him that one of his employees likely needed to wash their hands more, and that’s all I wanted from them. I just didn’t want to get sick if I ordered from there again. I thought I was doing something for others, being courteous by calling, hoping no one else would get sick.
He then proceeded to tell me I was wrong, that there is no way we could have food poisoning or symptoms that fast. He said the onset normally takes a day and a half or two. This was the only meal my guest and I had eaten today. Hours later, we both have stomach cramps, and we both can’t stop having diarrhea. Luckily, I have not vomited yet, but it’s still pretty bad.
I think what’s worse is the management’s response, and trying to gaslight a woman into thinking she didn’t receive food poisoning. Based off that manager’s response, I won’t be eating here again. What kind of manager won’t even tell their employees to wash their hands and blames the customer instead? I couldn’t believed he said I was lying. What would I have to gain? I’m sick from eating there and just wanted to prevent it in the future. I feel horrible and so does my friend. I can’t believe this is the way they treat their customers.

Apparently don’t ever order delivery. Your wait time according to the girl who answered the phone will be between an hour 15 to an hour 30. So great to wait that long for 2 pizzas while they send you updates telling you they keep pushing your delivery time.

Absolutely the worst run Mamas pizza I’ve ever seen. Ordered tonight in the app and it just said “sending order to the store” and never processed. I’ve had that happen before and the order still goes through but I tried to call and their number is not working. I ended up having to drive up there to find out their internet is down but yet it is STILL an hour and a half wait to place an order???? You haven’t been able to take orders and it’s an hour and a half wait?!??!? Make it make sense!!!!! I’m never going back. Their buffet is terrible too. Always have pizza out nobody wants.

I have been a mama’s pizza fan for over 30 years!! Today I went to the one in burleson Texas to pick up my pizza I called in and clearly my fault in ordering so went back in to order again and the manager is totally awesome said it was there fault and remake at no charge.❤️ you just don’t have customer service like this any more. I do believe I was just incorrect when I called in my order it was my fault and to be treated with such kindness with today’s economy is why you should support local businesses they Rock!!! Just a quality business we need more in this day and time!!

I called before hand to ask about the price of the buffet. The lady who answered wasn’t very welcoming. We decided to still go in from out of town. The service was still dry/rude. The salad bar was low on many things and the pizza was good but wasn’t great. Definitely was no better than going to Cicis. They only had maybe 4 pizza flavors at a time too and they were all VERY similar. Was not worth the money. We won’t be back. The restaurant was very clean though.

If this mama’s location is going to survive they need new management and all new staff! This used to be the best pizza in burleson… not anymore!… I usually avoid the buffet ( it’s never really been their best effort in pizza quality) I always order a fresh one, I always get the same thing, (double cheese, double pepperoni, double Italian sausage).. my pizza today had barely any cheese on it. When I pointed it out to the person behind the counter all they had to say was “sorry bout that”… if my experience today is what mama’s pizza has turned into, I highly recommend you avoid it! How sad what this place has turned into.

Mama’s Pizza left me with mixed feelings, warranting a 3-star review. Opted for the lunch buffet but left underwhelmed. The pizza crust didn’t suit my taste, detracting from the overall experience. Disappointingly, the selection was limited to just four unconventional options, lacking the classic choices I expected. While some may appreciate the unique offerings, it wasn’t to my liking, and I won’t be returning. Mama’s Pizza may have its fans, but it missed the mark for me, failing to meet my expectations for a satisfying pizza buffet.
