Bought a sub. Asked them politely ” please dont burn it, it has been burnt the last few times ive gotten one”. Then sure enough I get it and it is BLACK. I call and the manager Jerika says ” i made it and it is up to our standards”. Then proceeds to tell me not to come in. It is snowing bad but this is my dinner im coming in. Then opened the sub and checked it over before making it instead of making it while I was on my way. I dont have back teeth. I literally could not eat it.

Thought a Philly mushroom Swiss sub sounded amazing.
No flavor and next to nothing sub best part was the crispy bread.
The pizza we got was ok much better than the sub.
Id rather eat domino’s or drive to crestline for checkers
Needless to say be years again or if I attempt to go back.
Will say the person taking the order was very pleasant and best part of the experience

I’ve given this place a few tries. My experience with the service was okay….It’s just some of the nastiest food I’ve ever ordered. It was warm, properly cooked, but the overall taste I’d rather forget about. The pizza is gross and how do they manage to make a grilled hamburger taste like it came from a vending machine? Some people seem to like it. I just don’t get it.

I just ordered from here for the first time after receiving their menu in the mail and overall it’s okay. The pizza is average, the wings are big, and the guy who answered the phone was friendly. I will be ordering again, but would try a different pizza next time. Pictured: Mama’s super pizza, cherry cheesecake pizza, and the wings- which my boyfriend claims is the best around. I asked for garlic parmesan sauce with the wings and they gave me garlic butter? But they may have just misheard me over the phone

This is a nice little hole-in-the-wall pizza shop. The food is good. My wife and I enjoyed the Philly steak pizza. It was loaded with meat and was more than we could finish in one sitting.

Used to order the Philly foldover a lot. Used to be just under $10. Since they built the new building that same small Philly foldover is now $16. Even has some random charge for $1.50. Says it’s to keep their business going. NO!! The foldovers are good but not nearly that good. I’ll drive to norwalk and get the same thing for $10. Way to expensive. Bring back the old building if you have to. You lost another customer.

If I could rate them no stars I would but I had to give them one star so I could write this review. I am a regular customer and this last visit will be my last. I ordered two orders of 10 pc. wings and when I was ordering them I asked for lots of sauce to put on them. Now I was supposedly talking to a manager when I ordered so imagine my surprise when I get my order and there’s no sauce on either order. So when I call back to get a new order, that is when he informs me they no longer put sauce in their wings. So not only am I not getting lots of sauce on my wings like he kept saying there would be, but that now Im going to have to wait who knows how long for two little cups of sauce for each order. And since I got food delivered, never mind it was wrong, I couldn’t get a refund. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

I wanna clarify, the food itself is good, staff is nice, but it’s so insanely expensive, I couldn’t recommend this place. I understand the economy isn’t doing so well, but you’re charging me California prices, when this is middle of nowheres Ohio. I used to get this place religiously 2018-2019. However they got greedy i guess. Just go to Dominos or Gioninos if you want affordable food.
