Don’t let the cute name fool you. This restaurant is one of the worst I’ve been in years!
When a cafe doesn’t have prices on the menu, I should have taken that as a sign. A breakfast plate shouldn’t cost $15! And while we’re on the subject, a badly prepared breakfast at that. The eggs were overcooked, the sausage was burned and the grits were almost raw.
The service was HORRIBLE. I ordered coffee and didn’t receive one refill. I actually had to go to the servers station and fill my own cup just to have a second. Garbage.
Save your money and stomach and go somewhere else.

Just had a double Papa cheeseburger w bacon. One of the best burgers I’ve had in Odessa. Juicy beef patty, ice cold lettuce and tomatoes. This is a damn good burger. The fries were smaller than I expected, which is not a big deal, but I do wish they came out hotter. I’ll definitely come back to Momma’s Kitchen again!

First time ever coming here the service was NOT GOOD AT ALL!! Went inside was told to sit anywhere, never once did anyone come to take my order. Sat at the table for 20 minutes and just ended up leaving. Second time coming in same thing, when my husband and I walked in the lady had her back turned to us and just told us sit anywhere we’d like. We went and sat in a booth, there was only 2 other customers there and no one came over to our table. So we left, will not try this place a third time. The customer service is horrible!! Never have I ever been to a place like this. The name makes it seems like a family friendly place that should have great service but that’s not the case. Don’t waste your time coming here. Not worth, never even got a drink or food from here so can’t even tell you if it’s good quality.

This place is ridiculous. No prices on the menu and they charge you for tap water. Talk about nickel and dime-ing people to death. The food was ok except for the hash browns. They were lightly cooked. I’m not a fan of eating raw potatoes. Unless this is the only restaurant open go somewhere else. The excuse we were given about not having prices on the menu was because prices on vegetables keeps changing every day. Please they don’t fluctuate that much. NEVER eating here again. Not posting any pictures because the food wasn’t worth the time to photograph.

Steak finger basket $12. Cooked to order but the place was completely dead 6:30pm on a Thursday. Food was good.

I’m glad I got to taste their food , I had breakfast , it was delicious ( can’t say that about other places here in Odessa ) I had pancakes , they were so soft and fluffy ,eggs and sausage was delicious , next time I will try their lunch menu ( I order biscuit gravy to go ) most definitely I will be back

The food was very good! It was well made and very affordable. The waitress who helped us was also very nice and quick. The whole atmosphere is very well decorated. Clearly, lots of love went into the decor and vibe. It’s like you are in mama’s kitchen, oh wait! Seriously though, if I lived around here, I would go back 100%.

First time going there with my dad, and it was nice. The lady that helped us out had a nice western hospitality. I got the specialty breakfast and it was delicious I finished it all. Perfect size.
