I ordered pick up through uber eats and i am honestly sick to my stomach. the chicken salad sandwich has a huge black hair inside of it – tangled in all the cheese and bacon….and I took a bite of it. This is just so disgusting and unsanitary. If you’re handling food, always cover your hair or have it up. Separately, the caesar salad came with no dressing inside the container or in the bag so also another inedible dish.
The worst part is, is that I called and told them but they didn’t even offer to remake it or any kind of solution outside of complaining to Uber.
I have also previously had their potatoes which tasted 5 days old, I had to ask to swap them. Long story short is that I will never be coming back

The banana bread and hot latte coffee at this establishment are truly remarkable! The service is consistently good and friendly, which enhances the overall experience. It’s a great opportunity to practice your French with the employees, who are always eager to assist. I had a fantastic interaction with Zoe, who stood out for their exceptional service. The place exudes a homemade ambiance that feels very welcoming. I look forward to returning with friends and family to enjoy another visit!

Ample space, good coffee, had a salmon croissant which was seriously good, the coffee was pretty good too. the only reason am going with 3 stars is that the 2 cookies were picked felt really dry and like they were not fresh they looked great but we’re disappointing. The ambiance was pretty nice and there was a lot of seating areas in and out. We would like to give it a other shot as it felt it should have been one of those perfect places.

We had a lovely experience at Maman Harbor in Miami Beach. Our server, Vanessa, was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel very welcome from the start.
We ordered our usual favorites, the Papas breakfast bowl, a cafecito, and the Martha Stewart cake, and everything was delicious, just as expected. The atmosphere is charming and perfect for a relaxed coffee break or a casual bite.
Great service, great vibes, and consistently good food. We’ll definitely be back!

My husband Gus and me love this place . Vanessa and Jorge are absolutely wonderful. They are helpful and know their baked goods and coffees. I’m a chai drinker it’s one of best on beach . And G says coffee is best best on beach. We love you guys ❤️❤️

Maman has the worse service. It took them 25 min to make my flat white and I’m many clients had to wait for a long time as well. The girls making the coffee are not trained as baristas and don’t know what they are doing. Their espresso is very weak and doesn’t taste good and the drinks are over priced. They pretend to be French and their pastries taste like bread and not like the real pastries from French. This place is overrated and over priced.

I frequently visit Maman in Sunset Harbor/Miami Beach (usually every other Saturday). I love the food and the ambiance, but the service is terrible half the time. They allow you to sit at a table and order but on multiple occasions I have sat down for 5+ minutes without one person coming by to greet me, serve me water, take my order, etc. (even with 5+ servers walking around and only 2 other patrons in the store). Multiple employees walk by my table but are too busy talking with each other to even make eye contact with me. So instead I have to go up to the register and order my food, which is physically no problem except when the person at the registers asks if I’m staying for in store service and then says I can take a seat in order to order… I tried that!! But once again, employees are too busy walking around aimlessly or talking to each other. Love this place, but really, the servers need to be better trained to be attentive to their patrons. Currently here now and the female manager on duty has been texting and taking phone calls on her personal phone the whole 20 mins I’ve been here. Last time I was here I was served quickly (at my table luckily) but took 10 mins to even wave down someone with a tablet in order to pay. Great food and ambiance, but service needs serious improvement (don’t come here if you’re in a rush).
