Really great food! I would highly recommend trying this place out. The only downside is that it’s a bit pricey, but the taste and portion sizes more than make up for it. Every dish I tried was packed with flavor, and the ingredients tasted fresh and high-quality.
The inside of the restaurant is beautiful and meticulously maintained. I love the thoughtful decorations—they give the space a warm, inviting vibe that makes dining here feel special. On top of that, the service is outstanding. The staff is attentive, friendly, and happy to answer questions or make recommendations.

Had a great experience at Maman in Bethesda. I ordered Estee’s Bacon, Egg & Cheese and paired it with one of their salads, I honestly forgot the name, but both were excellent.
The sandwich was simple but executed perfectly. The bacon was crisp, the egg cooked just right, and the bread had that fresh, slightly buttery texture that makes you slow down and actually enjoy your bite instead of inhaling it. It felt intentional, not rushed.
The salad was fresh, well-balanced, and flavorful without being heavy. You can taste quality ingredients when they don’t need to hide behind excessive dressing.
The space itself has that cozy, Parisian café vibe but still feels modern and clean. Good spot for a casual breakfast meeting, solo work session, or just treating yourself to a proper morning. Would definitely go back. Sometimes you just want something classic done right, and they delivered. It’s worth mentioning that they have a long table where strangers can seat together and eat together. I was touched by this concept .

Wow! I did not know what to expect but I walked in and was awestruck! It’s super spacious and airy and I could understand why so many people chose this as a spot to camp out and work- you feel like you’re in an enchanted spot. So pretty! And the food and drinks didn’t disappoint either! I had a pistachio/chocolate croissant and it was so good- it was the perfect balance of flaky on the outside and soft and decadent on the inside. The chai was also amazing- not too sweet at all but flavorful and highly enjoyable. I cannot wait to come back here, I was really impressed!

Heidy was amazing!! She was really patient, we had a party of 7 and unfortunately we didn’t all get there at the same time. She gave us recommendations and didn’t rush us at all. She was very funny and nice. The food was fresh and good. This was the elisa’s mediterranean harvest bowl. Would recommend!

From the moment I walked in, they were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. David helped navigate us on how to order and the process itself was very smooth and effortless and checked in on us very often., Heidi was so friendly and welcoming, and Juliet went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
They worked really well together as a team, and it created such a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. The service never felt rushed or fake, just very real and thoughtful.
Because of them, the whole experience felt special, not just like another quick café stop.
Highly recommend Maman, especially if you’re lucky enough to be helped by David, Heidi, or Juliet.

We frequent Maman and really enjoy the food and atmosphere. Definitely on the pricier side for certain items but fun try different items. The avacado toast is definitely worth it! The seasonal lattes are also really good. We appreciate the service, including our waitress Heidi, who helped get us set up and taken care of. Definitely try it out!

This was my first time here and I absolutely enjoyed every moment! Breiner was the cashier who took my order and he explained everything I had a question to. I got their bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich and it was delicious. He also told me about the Fall specials, so I ordered their vanilla honey butter latte, which was FANTASTIC! One of the best lattes I’ve ever tasted!! Breiner checked in on us in between clearing tables and ringing up other customers! The atmosphere is delightful, with gentle music playing in the background and clean spaces! When I’m in the area again, I will be returning!
