This has been my go to Mexican restaurant for awhile now, so it’s time I give them the 5 Stars they deserve. The Birria tacos are super delicious. I get them nearly every time I go. I have also had the burrito rio grande, enchiladas, fajitas, and chicken quesadilla. Everything they make is great.
Staff are always very attentive and kind. Every time I go in, it always smells like someone has just mopped, which I appreciate. Very clean atmosphere.

Beer and wine only. No tequila. The burrito was delicious! Wonderful service. Food was piping hot! Wonderful decor. Music at a perfect low volume. Booths comfortable and with high backs for privacy.

The owner called me a bad curse word in Spanish because I wanted to make sure there was no cheese. Sorry if I don’t want to kill my daughter with a dairy allergy. When I asked him at the counter if I can please look he was very reluctant. In retrospect it was probably out of embarrassment due to the burritos are only the width of a golf ball. Once Ichecked the order I made sure to let him know I understand what he called me in Spanish. I then told him I didn’t appreciate him talking trash about me and I told him to keep his WAY OVERPRICED food and I walked out. He actually chased me outside looking to fight and yelling all sorts of profanity before heading back inside. He did this in front of a dozen tables of patrons and several people standing in the entrance .This is totally unacceptable and BBB will be called. Do not go there if you have an allergy. The indoor decor was amazing. And the food was perfect. The only problem we had with the outdoor seating was the pesky flies, but that’s not the restaurant’s fault, that’s just Vermillion this time of year. I especially enjoyed the furnishings and tables, very stylish.

The service wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good either. It was very hard to communicate with our waiter. Even the Spanish speakers in our group couldn’t communicate with our server or other staff members. To the point, we couldn’t get water or refills.. worse part silverware and napkins. The food was nothing like any Hispanic restaurant I’ve eaten in and I travel alot. I wouldn’t even classify it as Americanized. No flavor, watery queso, and it was cold.

I have only stopped in for a pick up order so far but the staff were amazingly friendly and so apologetic that the order wasn’t ready on arrival. As I sat and listened the atmosphere was definitely one that makes me want to return. And whether they did it on purpose as they handed me the food and apologized again…there was more food than I ordered. So either way…thank you. Will definitely be back
