I had the absolute worst experience EVER at the Mama Por Dios in Rancho Cucamonga. We had a reservation for 845 and did not get seated until almost 11 PM. The menu was limited most Items on the menu were not available, My ribeye came out cold and I was provided nothing but a fork for utensils not even a knife. I requested a knife and never received it.. There was no music playing in the background just the noise of everyone around and their conversations. The restrooms were the absolute worst thing I had ever experienced in my life. I’d compare it to the public restrooms at a campsite. Thanks for the worst Valentines Day diner Experience ever, what a waste of 283 dollars.

Went to mama por dios for a birthday dinner. It was cute that they had an option to decorate the table with roses and rose petals which made the vibe seem more romantic and we were seated in a more private area of the restaurant. The food was tasty, we love the chicken fajita skewers. The cocktails were pretty good too. Worth checking out, the aesthetic is really beautiful!

Where do I start? The atmosphere is is definitely an upbeat vibe, the music poppin and servers were very attentive. The presentations of the drinks were super cute and fun. There premium meat presentation amazing as well.

let’s get down to the food great portions taste very good and not too pricey. This place is great for date night birthday party bachelorette. Any social event that you would like to post on your social media. You would definitely have a great time and have good food at the same time .

This place was frankly a miss. Decor-wise, it was very nice and modern, with touches of art deco throughout. The ambiance was lively, but the party strobe lights made the experience overstimulating. Good luck if you have epilepsy. On weekends, there are no bottomless mimosas, only weekdays. What? Most people do brunch weekends – another miss. The carajillo was good, and the preparation was impressive, but we also got the Me Lo Conto un Pajarito, and the little amount received wasn’t worth the $20. The huevos rancheros was ok, the sauce tasted canned. The chilaquiles Verdes cremosos tasted flat, and I was over it a few bites in. Service was ok, and parking was plentiful. Overall, the quality of the food and experience didn’t warrant the high price point. Wouldn’t recommend it. Try another location.

What a vibe this place was!! If you’re looking for a good time, with good food, good drinks, good music, cute ambiance, then you have to go check out Mama Por Dios! They literally have all of these qualities under one roof.

Mama Por Dios is not your average Mexican restaurant by any means. They offer modern Mexican food with an upscale hip flare. The servers are really what makes this place so lively. Not only are they attending to their guest needs, but they are dancing with shots and drinks nonstop. I don’t know how they do it. The food was tasty and the drinks were great too.

I highly recommend making a reservation. They only have valet parking. There is street parking, but you might have to park down the block.

Overall – very decent
Service was good and not too slow, the server we had was very familiar with the menu and gave great recommendations. The drinks were great. The El enamorado (beer mixed with tequila) was the star of the drinks menu and was surprisingly delicious. You’re definitely paying for the presentation.
The food is average I would say. The guacamole needed some citrus.
Parking would be a struggle (we were parked at the Beverly center so we just took a short 6 minute walk to the restaurant).
The ambiance is a little too party/ loud with birthdays and dances and people yelling “shots shots”. But maybe I’m just too old ‍♀️
To wrap it up – If I’m feeling for a lively/loud place for happy hour to get drinks I’ll definitely come back. For the food? Nah – I’d rather spend that much at mirame/mirate.

The music is loud, the food is delicious, and the service is good. Cute 2 story restaurant on 3rd St., across the street from Cedars. This place can accommodate large groups…perfect for your birthday. If you order shots, Holy cow get ready! You just need to experience it for yourself. This is not a place for a nice romantic dinner.

The atmosphere was honestly better than the food. The strawberry Margarita was ok, but I felt a little buzz. I was disappointed by the steaks. The lobster Mac and cheese was not that great and lacked lobster and flavor.

Such a beautiful restaurant and incredibly attentive staff! The drinks are amazing and the food was a 10/10! It was my first time there and I came alone, and I felt so welcomed by the staff. The agugachile is sooo good and they use prawns instead of tiny shrimp like other places. Also loved the mole enchiladas! Can’t wait to go back with my girlfriends 🙂

The place was ok, the ambiance was party like.
Food was mediocre, lack of flavor, shrimp over cooked, and every single dish had no flavor. The dessert was horrible
We tried everything except the cheese cake
Churros were extremely grasy and cold, tres leches was dry, the wooden plates had a musky smell, (humide)
It’s not worth visiting.
I believe that it became somewhat famous thanks to the lady dancing to the music and the drinks.
The food was not good at all.
The staff is somewhat friendly.
The staff was not interested in finding out about the service, the experience, or the food. Their goal was to sell you a bottle of tequila,
Not recommend, nor would be back.
