I’m following Chef Pam from New York. The real Thai food, the flavor that I always miss. When I was planning the trip to Vegas , going to Mama Pam is my top list. I have to have them all. The food is yummy as always. Chef Pam still serves us with fresh and delicious food . If you are craving for real Thai food, bring a lot of friends and try out everything. It would unlock your new Favorite flavors. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Order delivery. The food was delicious. Good carb to meat ratio. Actually my noodles had a lot of beef. The beef was tender. No spice level added since we were sharing with a toddler but they added a vinegar jalapeño sauce in some the meals which help level up the spice on the side. Added don’t get flavor. Love that they didn’t mix my Thai tea. Great authentic flavors.
Little hard to find the place but make sure you look at satellite view first. It’s near the Codfather.

Had an order delivered from here, so can’t rate Service or Atmosphere at this time. Food was great.
This place came through when I asked for it to be very spicy. I was very happy for that 🙂
I ordered delivery. They packed it with care, and when I received the food, it was still very hot. It showed how much they care about their food and making sure customers get the full value.

Spicy Basil Fried Rice w/pork and Yellow Curry w/chicken. The food was good and the rice was quite spicy even though I only went 5/10 (I always err on the side of caution when I have not ordered spicy from a particular restaurant previously). The restaurant is very small but has reasonable spacing and there is quite a bit of Thai to themed decor. The service was fine but a little slow as they were busy and seemingly short handed for the lunch rush.

Truly authentic! Firm veggies, nicely spiced pumpkin and pineapple curries will leave you wanting more. Chef/owner onsite offering extended menu. Plenty of parking but outside the main shopping center. Check out the prices…

Mama Pam Real Thai is a hidden gem! The food is authentic and full of flavor, just like you’d expect from a true Thai kitchen. I definitely recommend trying the Pad Thai with glass noodles—it’s delicious and has the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and tangy. Everything we tried tasted fresh and authentic. Be prepared for a little spice (that’s how real Thai food should be!), but you can always ask for no spice or have it on the side, and it’s still just as flavorful. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for real Thai food.

My 2nd day in Las Vegas. We were looking for something that would be fresh with plenty of vegetables and that could soothe both of our taste buds. My cousin is on a type of diet where she eats mostly vegetables. I like that too. So I ordered the oxtail soup and some dumplings. It was so delicious . I ate every bite.

So, I have been reading all these 1-star reviews, and they make me laugh. First, this is the most authentic Thai food you are ever going to find in Las Vegas. How do I know? I am Thai, born are raised. Mama Pam makes Thai food like the way it was 40-50 years ago, delicious. For heaven’s sake, she even serves sticky rice with durian; who has that? Maybe Weera, but they have gone commercialized, and the food has gone downhill. Believe me, if you don’t like Mama Pam’s dishes, maybe you don’t like Thai food after all.
By the way, we had Crying Tiger, Chicken Basil, and Rad na pork. Sticky rice-mango and sticky rice durian for dessert. I highly recommend!!!
This place beats Lotus of Siam, Ocha, Weera, Charm, Lucky Thai, and many others. The price is fair for the portion of food!

This spot is about two steps above most of the Thai places in Henderson/Vegas, especially of the more casual options. Mama Pam is the real deal and oversees the kitchen herself. Authentic Thai food done with passion and quality ingredients.
Had the beef lard nah and Thai basil chicken, both delicious. You can taste the freshness of the food and the love and experience put into the cooking. Just a great place for Thai. And the prices are better than lesser rated places.
A must try for Thai lovers.

Im from Seattle and LA. This place is legit. We got fried fish salad (pricier side $45), somtum, and pad kee mao. Divine, ok wok hei, and the fried foods were clean, crunchy, not greasy, smells amazing and the oil is new. You can tell the kitchen is a lady who pays attention to every details. Legit forgot to take pics until it was too late.
