Had lunch here today and it was hamds down the best chicken curry I have ever had. So flavorful and filling. I domt understand the bad reviews, the food was fast and the service was fantastic. I will absolutely be back!

I was ordering their falafel all the time and it’s good if you’re willing to wait 25-30 minutes for it. As a former executive chef I can’t explain why anything would ever take this long in a food cart, but it never fails. Regardless, consistency is frequently becoming an issue for me and I’m not ordering from here after today because of it. I pay the exact same price for a falafel bowl (which only comes with a varying number of falafel balls and rice every time I order it – today it was only 6 balls) as I do a falafel plate (which comes with a salad, also a varying number of falafel balls – but usually more than 6 – rice, hummus, and sometimes another random/varying side, which also costs $15). Then, the rice is different every time I order it. Sometimes it has shredded carrots, sometimes it’s seasoned, and sometimes it’s just plain white, sometimes it’s a combination of these things. There are times I’ve ordered the falafel bowl and gotten 8 balls, but I never know how many I’m going to get and also I fail to understand why it’s the same price as a plate when a plate comes with exponentially more food than a bowl. Sometimes it’s 7 falafel balls, sometimes it’s 6, sometimes it’s 8. They charge me the same regardless of whether I get 6, 7, or 8. There’s nothing more frustrating than eating here all the time and getting different quantities of the exact same food every time I flipping order it. I get home and realize I’ve been shorted – AGAIN – so why would I continue to return? Why keep giving them my money? I don’t care how good the falafel is, I’m not going to keep paying for this level of inconsistency. I despise food menus you can’t even trust to give you all the food they charge you for. Get it together.

Waited 52 minutes for food. 3 vegetarian dishes. Was not that busy, but only one man working. Multiple people came up and ordered and got their food before ours was ready. There was no communication or update on the timing. I would have made other plans if I knew there would be a long wait… I took food home and it was all inedible. WORST Indian food I have ever had. Each dish is covered in a quarter inch for oil. Very disappointed.

Ordered vegtable Korma and what I got might have bee na korma at one time, but it tasted like they scraped the bottom of a two week old vat some something that was blasted on a hot plate for too long. I ate enough to not be hungry anymore but can’t / wont call it korma. Also scared of the half dozen rats living under the cart. Service was wonderful, but $5 is too much for a vat of plain basmati and the main being that bad… I’ll find another place for korma.

Wonderful food, great service. You got to check this place out! It is a food cart, so not much atmosphere, but during the summer it has a nice area to sit and enjoy your meal.

Maybe the best Indian food I’ve ever had, whether from a restaurant or otherwise. I ordered shrimp Tikka Masala with rice and a side of garlic Naan. No regrets. If you’re dissuaded because this place is in a food cart, don’t be. Do it.

Had lunch here today, and WOWSERS. It was so so so delicious. I boneless tandoori chicken on top of salad, and my husband got the chicken tikka masala plate. We were both blown away by how delicious it was, AND we both had enough left over for another meal. I am very much looking forward to tmw’s lunch!

Amazing flavors for the egg plant Masala and Lamb saag that I ordered. Medium heat was still pretty spicy. Better value than at a restaurant. Hummus could use more garlic, but overall- absolutely delicious. Last Saturday of the month features an open mic in this tiny park.

I had chicken shawarma saj and it was very generous portion of very tasty food. I often come to this place during lunch or dinner and I order different dishes and they never disappointed me. The owners are very innovative and creative and try to create different dishes and meet American flavors. Food is clean, delicious, generous portion for the price, and made with genuine love of making food. The service may take little time but sometimes they are fast depending on the crowd but is worth it.

The curry/sauce they have for their chicken tikka masala was way too sour and salty. The meat itself is flavorful though. When I took the first sip of mango lassi, I was overwhelmed with the taste of sugar and sourness. Overall, very salty, sour and sugary food.
