We received a burnt pizza attempted to have them just remake the pizza and we would return the current pizza but because 4 people had a portion Joe the manager was uncooperative advised he would make us a new pizza but it would be a medium on because we ate a section of the pizza not realizing how burnt the bottom of the pizza was. He was also very rude and arrogant poor customer service.

So happy to find this location. I grew up walking to Mama Lunas on Fullerton (with the original and 2nd spot at LeClaire.
Pizza was fantastic, thin crust sausage & pepperoni. Tried some appetizers.
Cheese curds & cream cheese poppers, both excellent.
Service was excellent.
Price point, IMO, is very good.
Has outside seating too!

We placed an order for the last bears game VS packers. It looked like our pizza was dropped because it was heavy on cheese and the cheese was all lopsided. We called to try and get a new pizza or refund and the guy we spoke to didn’t do either. Instead he promised to add on our profile 50 % off our next purchase. We tried calling today and the lady was very rude and they denied our discount. She was so mean and rude and hung up the phone on me. Just a disappointment coming from a business like this. To not even honor their word. Very disappointing considering we order here all the time. Won’t be ordering again. They need new staff. Starting with the gentleman who lied to us, to the woman who refused to honor our discount.

I purchased a stuffed Pizza 16 inch and it was not tasty at all. The sauce was too sweet and there was no flavor to the pizza. It was a pepperoni pizza but yet there was no flavor to it. It was missing something. I’ve ordered the same type of pizza at Giordano‘s and their stuff pizza is delicious. I don’t know what’s wrong with Mama Lunas stuffed pizza. I don’t recommend it the stuffed pizza anyway.

Stopped by Mama Luna’s for a pizza, and I was impressed! It took about 23 minutes for them to make it fresh, and the wait was worth it.
As someone who’s lactose intolerant, I often have to ask for the cheese to be removed, which can sometimes compromise the quality of the pizza. But not at Mama Luna’s! Their crust is outstanding—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and full of flavor. Even without cheese, the pizza was delicious, proving they really know how to make a good pie.
If you’re looking for fresh, flavorful pizza made with care, I’d definitely recommend giving Mama Luna’s a try.

This is the first time I have tried the one on Addison, I grew up near the Fullerton Avenue location and we had this pizza all the time! I do not live near either one of them really I’m about 30 minutes to 45 minutes depending on traffic and once in awhile we just really need the best pizza comma so I saw there’s one on Addison a long time ago but never tried it till this weekend and I can definitely tell you this is so wonderful and of course we always ordered the big guys because we have quite a few people and we want leftovers because we are not close to either location anymore I really wish there was one in Schaumburg or Elk Grove or Hoffman Estates this has been my favorite pizza ever since I was 13 years old and now I am a Double Nickel so that tells you this pizza is damn good I’ve had many places since and none of them can hold the candle to Mama Luna’s

I’m back home in Chicago from my new home in Arizona and was craving a Chicago-style pizza. My usual places have long since closed, likely victims of COVFEFE-19. I tried out Mama Luna’s, and it was a great choice. The pizza was ultra mega super tasty time. Packed with ingredients and the price was reasonable (or insane), depending who you ask. I have no regrets. Definitely will be ordering from them again when I’m in town.

Ordered online through slice and waited an extra 25-30 minutes for my order. Got home and found the order was completely wrong from the receipt. Contacted mama lunas and was told that they can only remake the order if slice contacts them but they wouldnt. Completely unacceptable as the order was nothing close to that of the receipt. Lost me as a customer.

Took over 1.5 hours for a single pizza order and they kept delaying the order. Ridiculously poor customer service and very rude. Other people’s time matters too. If they can’t handle the orders then they should just close down. Very disappointing. I will not order from here again id rather eat dog food
