The sides were delicious!!! Cornbread… Mac and cheese and the yams I ordered the whiting it was really crispy more of a burnt taste possibly just stayed in fryer too long but will definitely give it another trip!! No complaints from the chicken meal per what I was told everything was great!!! The vibe of the restaurant just gives home cook meal such a great vibe and great music playing in the background!!! Wholesome environment for all!!

Okay, i have been waiting for this place to open. Finally, got the chance to try it. The prices are fair, atmosphere was inviting and service was good. I purchased the 2pc catfish dinner with green beans and mac.. The catfish was perfectly seasoned and I enjoyed every bite, the sides were just okay. I will definitely be back!! Can’t wait to try more of what they offer.. side note to fellow greens lovers, they only serve on Sunday.

First time visiting this establishment. The food was excellent! I had the fried chicken and my wife had the meatloaf. And although I loved my entree, I sampled my wife’s meatloaf and it was scrumptious. Like 2 grandmamas were in the kitchen working overtime on that recipe! The dinner party I was with had various menu items from fried fish to baked chicken. Everyone seemed to enjoy their selections. The only demerit I saw was their was a consensus among the group the iced sweet tea was a bit unbecoming. I had the Hi-C fruit punch instead. But overall if I’m ever in the Natti and I want a meat and 3, Mama Jo’s will definitely be my first choice

Very nice, clean restaurant. The food was very well seasoned, tasted really good. I had whiting fish sandwich. Our waitress was very attentive and professional. It was about 10 of us dining in for lunch on a Tuesday. I would Def return and plan to tell friends and family. I love to support small business owners.
