I ordered a stuffed pizza with sausage and meatballs. Good but not exceptional. The sauce is bit sweet for my taste. The pizza was a little bland.
Word of Warning: Bring cash, this place does not take credit cards. Good value. Excellent Service. The pizza was ready for pick-up at the stated time. I would rather pay a little more and get better pizza at Nancy’s in Bourbonnais.

Well, I read the reviews & thought it couldn’t possibly be as bad as all that. I was wrong. I ordered a sausage, green pepper and onion thin crust pizza. It arrived cold and had nearly zero taste, except salt. The pizza was nearly dry and was just awful. I get that I now live in the boonies but thats no excuse for terrible food. Im sure there is a decent pizza place out here but this one is not even in the ballpark. I will NOT be returning to this place for anything. Id rather drive to orland park for real pizza next time. This place has the worst pizza ive had since high school. Caseys pizza has more flavor.

Highly disappointed in their pizza. Said it was best around…not! Wanted true Chicago thin crust, and it wasn’t. Got 4 toppings and didn’t even go to the edge and were very skimpy with them. Make the road trip to Nick & Vitos ot Barracos in Evergreen Park or pass altogether.

Super dry, no sauce.
They just tell you to order extra and it’s the same amount regardless. I won’t go back. $17 for a large sausage pizza that’s dry. No thanks!
Edit. Decided to give them another chance. Last two times they put on a normal amount of sauce.

Had high hopes for this pizza as I Love Grassanos in Oak Lawn. Taste, presentation, and quality is just not there.

Moved to the Manteno area from Oak Lawn where the original Grassanos is located in Burbank a short drive from our previous home in Oak Lawn. Was delighted to see they had one in Manteno.. Love the pizza and pizza puffs. Family owned and priced good. Pizza is delicious with a slightly sweet sauce and crispy thin crust. Not many good pizza places in Kankakee county, and happy now there is.

Good pizza. Sammy’s pizza is more like the pizza that we had back in Chicago. Mama Grassanos deep dish is very good. We will be ordering from Mama’s again.
