So I do intermittent fasting and I basically only eat one meal a day. I wanted to wait until Saturday to try this, but I couldn’t wait anymore and I tried it for the first time. I was there a little after lunchtime so the guy working who I’m assuming was the owner was really cool. I asked him about the differences between the two dishes and I ended up getting the fried chicken with garlic noodles. Mild cause I really don’t do spicy even though it is not an instant food that comes out itt is worth the wait. Everything was really good. Chicken was crispy and cooked well and the presentation was amazing. I’ll be back again to try another dish over rice. Whatever sauce he uses or makes it in is really good. Buy his food now you will not regret it

Garlic noods with fried chicken was really delicious. Chicken was moist inside and crispy outside even with the sauce it gets dipped in. Noods were tasty. Its great that you take in into the brewery next door and order a coffee/beer to get out of the cold.

Nov 2025: I’ve been driving for 3 hours for years for their famous garlic noodles with chicken wings, and supporting the owner through hiking accident to fire. But today, to my surprise, they split the wings and noodles, and I can no longer taste the garlic/spices on the wings, less on the noodles. Wings need to be cooked with the noodles and its delicious spices, not separate it. Chicken just dry, no garlic/spices like it used to. I hope next time I come back, I can order them together, not split up, and more garlicky and spicy on the noodles. I hate to lose one of the four things which made my 6 hours drive worthwhile.

I really enjoyed the garlic noodles and fried chicken. There are tables with umbrellas outside and indoor tables available at the brew house with the purchase of a beverage.

Recently moved to the Farmhouse Food Cart Pod, behind/next to Rev Nat’s, they haven’t missed a beat!! Garlic Noodles with BBQ pork was amazing. The fried tofu was great, and if anyone tells you they hate tofu, they should try MamaChow’s, it’s a game changer. We also had wings and the pork and shrimp dumplings. You cannot go wrong with any of it!!

First time here, I got the wonton noodle soup and my friend got the wonton garlic noodles. Both were excellent, and my friend’s wontons were pan fried which suited the garlic noodles perfectly.
On my second visit I went with garlic noodles with the lollipop wings. Garlic noodles were excellent as I remembered but not a huge fan of the lollipop wings – maybe a bit undercooked because meat was still sticking to the bone. Also not a clean hands experience.
My favorite dish here has to be the garlic noodles with wontons!

These ARE the best garlic noodles in the city. Neigh- the world! Jeff knows what he’s doing and the love is apparent in his food. The sauce that comes with the tofu is the cherry on top.

I just happened to be in the neighborhood and decided to try Mama Chows. I’ve heard so much about it and was very excited. The chicken wings were the most amazing, most perfect food! The hot & tender meat and lightly battered exterior made them a joy to eat. The light five spice flavor just popped. Wow what a treat. Garlic Spicy noodles were perfect and guess what perfect cold the next day too! The wontons were just phenomenal. 1000/10
