Our food was fresh and delicious. Everything had a good taste. Spices were perfect. We had items from the Appetizers, and from the dinners. One had the chicken stir fry with rice, one had stir fry with lamb meat and rice and Fattoush salad. You can chose fries instead of rice. We also had Fried Kibee balls were cooked perfect and delicious tasting.
Hummus with meat!
Kibbee maybe, spices were perfect.
Launch was delicious.
The fried onion in the Majadra was cooked perfectly and tasted really good.
Definitely better to eat there than take out but if you do, you won’t be disappointed. We will be back.
The kebab was cold, burnt on the outside, and rare on the inside. The meat was tough and hard to chew. I asked for it to be reheated, but it came back still cold. The lemon chicken rice soup was also disappointing—the mixture was not homogeneous, and the ingredients felt separate rather than blended.
The bread had no salt, was not soft, and was quite tough. They served it with a garlic sauce that had a very strong odor. Not everyone eats garlic, so this should not be served by default.
Overall, I give them the lowest score possible for this bad food experience.
The lamb chops were a highlight of the meal—grilled to perfection with a smoky char that locked in the tenderness and juiciness of the meat. Paired with a side of fragrant rice, topped with crunchy toasted almonds, and fresh onions, this dish was a harmony of textures and flavors.
The mixed grill platter was an absolute feast, offering a variety of perfectly seasoned and expertly cooked meats. Each component, from the juicy chicken kababs to the succulent beef, showcased the restaurant’s commitment to quality and authenticity. The pickled vegetables and fresh veggies provided a vibrant, tangy contrast that elevated the entire platter.
The lentil soup was a comforting delight—rich, hearty, and brimming with a perfect balance of spices that warmed the soul. It paired beautifully with the fresh pita bread, which was soft, warm, and ideal for dipping or enjoying on its own.
Beyond the incredible food, the atmosphere at Malek Al-Kabob Taylor added to the experience. The cozy and clean setting, coupled with attentive service, made the meal even more enjoyable.
This restaurant is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic and flavorful Middle Eastern cuisine. Every dish is crafted with care, and the overall experience leaves you wanting to return for more. Highly recommended!
The food took forever, and she basically ignored my table the entire time. When it finally arrived, she brought the bill with my food, because apparently even basic sequencing is too much to expect. Throughout the meal, she repeatedly said my food would be “a couple minutes”—I lost count after the fifth time—and each time it was said with the same condescending, eye‑rolling tone.
When I went to leave a cash tip, she had the nerve to ask, “That’s it? No more?” as if I had committed a personal crime by not giving her more. And when I politely requested water instead of another soda, she questioned me like I’d just insulted her entire existence: “You sure??”
This wasn’t just bad service. This was a full-blown attitude performance, complete with sarcasm, condescension, and passive-aggressive theatrics. Anna K. is rude, entitled, and unprofessional in ways that actually make you question how she keeps her job. She ruined my meal, my mood, and any desire to return. Avoid at all costs—if basic respect, courtesy, and decency matter to you, steer far, far away.
