Tried this new malatang spot and really liked it. We ordered the original beef bone broth and the tomato broth, and both were solid choices.
The beef bone broth was rich and flavorful, with tender beef that soaked up the broth nicely. The tomato broth was bright and slightly tangy, super comforting and great with noodles.
Ingredients were fresh, portions were generous, and the DIY sauce bar was a nice bonus. Definitely worth coming back again！

I love hot pot and had to give this place a try. The variety of meats and vegetables was impressive, and the signature bone broth absolutely lives up to the hype. It was rich, flavorful, and so comforting.

First time trying hot pot with my sister! We came in a little confused and Jasmine greeted us and said if we need anything to ask her! She was very helpful and funny! Malatown is seriously amazing. The classic and signature beef bone broths are thick, creamy, and incredibly flavorful—you can tell they’re made with care and not watered down at all. So comforting and easy on the stomach. Plus, the service is great every time. Definitely coming back! PAUL AND VIKI are the most amazing best service EVER. The people make us come back here over and over, the food makes us stay!!!

First time going to Mala Town. Its pretty good even if its kinda pricey at around $15/lb. Though, you can customize your soup any way you want. You only out in what you want, and none that you don’t. So your price could be less than $15. So dont let your eyes feast too much or you’ll definitely pay more than you have to. But, you can definitely take home what you can’t finish.
The soup bases are great with a lot of flavor on their own. And like I said, you can customize it exactly the way you want so nothing is wasted. You only want noodles, meat and soup, go ahead. You want veggies and other stuff on it, go ahead. It will taste good no matter what. Just dont blame them because you put too much on your plate and youre paying for $30 worth of noodles soup.
As for the employees. They are great. Very personable and cheerful. Very helpful, too.

Great food, music, and service. Very friendly too! Jasmine took our order and explained everything to us. Immediately it felt like walking into an old friend’s kitchen. The food was fantastic and priced fairly. Would recommend to everyone! The dipping sauce station was the cherry on top! 10/10

I love soups but don’t like going to an AYCE hot pot because you have to share a base with other people.
Here you can choose your own base, veggies and meats and take home any left over afterwards!
I usually get the spicy szechuan because I love spicy and really don’t have to add anything afterwards cause the taste is great!
This time I was there I was recommended a yogurt drink because I got the spicy base. Apparently it’s supposed to help with stomach sensitivity to the spiciness. I usually don’t have an issue with the spicy but the drink was amazing. I would get it again just cause it was that good! It was sweet but not too sweet!

Just had dinner at Mala Town Hot Pot and WOW! Everything was so good. The setup was super easy to follow, and the customer service was on point. Paul really stood out; he was incredibly kind, attentive, and went out of his way to make the experience smooth. As we were getting ready to leave, he even brought us an insulated to-go bag without us asking. My whole family loved it, and for a party of five it was surprisingly affordable. Overall, such a solid experience. Highly recommend checking it out!

Such a hidden gem! As soon as you walk in it is a stunning restaurant, a friendly young woman greeted and guided me through the process and answered all my questions. You simply load up your bowl with tons of goodies, pay by the pound, and add your broth of choice! It is so exciting and there’s even a sauce bar with fresh ingredients to spice your bowl up even more!

I love this place! I’m a huge fan of Malatang so I thought we’d try one in Vegas! This place was 15.99/lb and they had so much selections for both food and sauces! There was free green tea and it was so good! Staff was amazing and food came out quick !
