The crew is working hard, they are kind, but the ordering system is flawed. The part I do not like is the online portal will say your order is ready, but when you go in, it is not ready. In my case, no where near ready, as I watch drive thru customers and kiosk orders moving ahead before my order is fulfilled.
I feel like every single business needs to take notes from Chik Fil A. That combo us business model values fast food without compromise to quality or your sanity if you’ve waited too long to eat and want to gnaw an employees arm off.

If you chose this location, your food will most likely be fresh, piping hot and you will l be treated kindly, but don’t expect it to be fast. For your sanity and for those waiting around you, as I witnessed a severe melt down the first time this happened about a year ago by a customer, and yesterday a milder one.
When people are irritated, they say and do things they don’t mean, and in a moment of heat, they may do things that they’ll later regret.
That’s the hardest part for me and why now I’ll have trouble going back. It’s like playing Russian Roulette with a hungry crowd and I’m unwilling, afraid even to witness what another outburst may look like. Dangerous!
My suggestion, if corporate ever takes a moment to look these types of things over, figure this problem out. Complete a time study, sit in on this process. You have a bottle neck issue that is not resolving itself and if let unattended, will continue to bring the worst out of people.
They have always done a great job getting me all my items and keeping the food consistent. I don’t mind waiting since the food is hot and not sitting staged for a long time.

Waited in the drive through line for over 35-
40 mins and by the time I got up to the window the staff member informed me he had to place me on hold, 12 mins later still with no service/order, I asked “is someone still there” and the staff member running the drive through said “yes” however, we are very behind on our orders and it will take at least 20-30 mins until I can take your order. I informed then that everyone behind me waiting to place their order is leaving and I am leaving myself especially if I am going to have to wait that long.
Whoever was running the drive through they displayed poor customer service and were very unprofessional.
This KFC location I will never be coming back to, as for some reason there is always a delay with getting your order but this time was more than the typical 10 mins wait.
If this is a franchised own location then I highly recommend you provide customer service training to your staff because this was an “unsat” experience for all the customers that came through the drive through on Sunday (11/02) evening from 5:00 – 5:45 pm, resulting in everyone leaving due to terrible customer service, and no order/food.
Update 3/2026: Update: Maybe this location franchise owner listened to customer complaints or read my review, or maybe under new ownership. I have seen an improvement in the quality of their food. I also am able to select my side order now when I order the “Taste of KFC 2 Piece Deal” (usually there were no substitutions allowed, and all I got as a side were the overly salty mashed potatoes). Anyways, I am happy and I will frequent this location more often.
I did an online order arrived to pick up. I got told there is no chicken that I have to wait about 15 minutes and then after the chicken is ready I get told they don’t have biscuits that it’s going to be 20 minute wait. And I also order a cake and that thing tasted like it’s been sitting out all day
