This was such a breath of fresh air in comparison to the food we’d been eating in Hawaii. Delicious and healthy. Light. Easy on the stomach. Fresh, delicious veggies. Honestly soooo good!! I got the chicken wrap, my husband got the hummus wrap, and we shared the tomato basil soup. Comes with either chips or side salad. Everything was great! Service was super friendly too. The 2 dressings were icing on the top of the wraps! Plus nice outdoor seating by the water. Beautiful views. It’s can be tricky to find but if you see the walkway next to Panda Express go back there and it’s on the left.

stopped by the māla market before heading to the blowhole for a light lunch and this sandwich place was pretty good , i dont normally like sandwiches but these are flavorful and filling they fill it with many toppings and you pick which meat or type of sandwich you want. the staff were nice we went in asking a bunch of questions thst if we read the menu 90% of our questions would’ve been answered but staff was friendly and did answer us without hesitation . we tried club sandwich and chicken salad wrap both were good and worth the money . they have both indoor and outdoor seating where you can see the water very pretty setting

Māla Market in Hawaii Kai has the MOST fresh sandwiches filled with love and the most incredible views! My husband and I came here after church and became obsessed! You come in and are greeted by a few workers working almost like an assembly line! You order and they make sandwiches with the most fresh ingredients, Dave’s killer bread (21 grain), and it’s so quick!

I was suffering from morning sickness early in my pregnancy. But I wanted something to eat! So my husband and I decided to have lunch here.
We ordered the turkey avocado sandwich and the shrimp salad sandwich.
They cut the large sandwiches in half so we both shared. It was very tasty with lots of fresh vegetables. It was not too saucy or salty I personally love the shrimp salad sandwich!
The lemonade was also refreshing and great for morning sickness.
Definitely a repeat!

Nice ambiance with the outdoor seating, but the food was mixed.
I had the Turkey and Avocado sandwich, plus the clam chowder. The clam chowder was very delicious but the sandwich was pretty bland overall. The ingredients were splendid and so was the presentation. But the sandwich had zero flavor.

The best healthy and convenient lunch spot! My 3 year old loved his ham and cheese sandwich and ate the cucumber / tomato / lettuce in it because it was so delicious. Always a relief when your toddler eats some veggies. I had the chicken salad sandwich which was also packed with delicious veggies. The side salad dressing was so good as well! Did take out lunch – chicken salad wrap and chicken salad sandwich. They were huge but stuffed with goodness of carrots, sprouts, greens, etc. Very tasty and filling. I also enjoyed the tea mixes – we got a plantation tea (tea + pineapple) and an Arnold Palmer. I was looking for something fresh and not heavy – this was perfect.
Oh and they use Dave’s Killer Bread – I love that stuff!

Such a quick, great option for something tasty and healthy! Our sandwiches were ready before we even finished paying for our order. Staff is super friendly even while jamming out the food at record speed. Can’t wait to try the other sandwiches, the chicken salad and pastrami were amazing!
