Went to Maki as a backup and we will be going back for sure. Small inside but cozy. Food was excellent. I got pad Thai and yellowtail roll. Wife had three sushi rolls to try and miso soup. Some of the best miso soup I’ve had. Wife said the basic sushi rolls she got were amazing. Would recommend as a nice go to for takeout or dine in.

As a sushi and asian food lovers, I’d always love to try out japanese/sushi restaurant in town. Went to Maki yesterday evening for the first time with hubby. Small, clean, with cozy atmosphere, this restaurant is owned by an Asian couple. We ordered sushi dinner for two. It has flamingo roll, buckeye roll, shrimp tempura roll, and salmon roll. They were really delicious! Fresh with good eatable size. The flamingo roll was my favorite though. My hubby ordered tonkatsu ramen to close the night and it was a perfect choice.
Service time is average, price is in range for sushi restaurant.

We have come here 3 times over the past week. Each and every time the food has been amazing. The tempura is perfect! The ginger dressing for the salad is delicious. And the steak and shrimp hibachi tastes absolutely wonderful!!!

I made a takeout order. I sat and I waited. It took a very long time even though the restaurant was not busy when they brought my order up. Half of the items I ordered were missing and their response was we just forgot to make it so they refunded my money which was fine. I get home. I opened my food half the ingredients that it says on the menu that is in the dish. We’re not in there. The food was cold and it was like rubber and the sushi smelled horribly like fish and we all know that’s a bad sign for fish. I paid an exuberant amount of money to not even have half of the food that I ordered and their only excuse was well. We forgot. I don’t recommend this place to anybody and it’s not even open half the times it says it’s open for its operating hours

Service was good as soon as we came in we were seated got our drinks quickly! We ordered 2 sushi rolls, edamame and noodles. Everything came out pretty quick and fresh food was amazing service as well.

On February 16th at 12pm I got an ordered delivered by Door dash. I ordered an eel roll and 2 combinations dinner. When I opened my eel roll it had two little tiny pieces of what I THOUGHT was hair so I called the restaurant to try and resolve this. They told me maybe my dasher opened my container instead of taking accountability. I was told to call and have door dash resolve my issue and there wasn’t a manager there in the store today. I found this completely unacceptable and will no longer be dining here as they weren’t not two pieces of hair at all they were two tiny pieces of PLASTIC in which I could have coked on if I didn’t spot it in time. I asked the employees if I could have one of their numbers so I could send them pics and they declined. So noooooow I’m forced to leave this review about their poor customer services skills and lack of improper staffing.

Fantastic place! The food is absolutely delicious. The hibachi options are always tasty, the noodle dishes are great – especially the yakisoba, and the sushi and sashimi always look and taste amazing. The portion size is perfect for the price, and their lunch menu options during the week are also really good. Dining space is clean and cozy, and the staff are friendly. Top notch quality — highly recommend!
