Majors is an awesome place with great service, great people, and great friendly and competitive pool table games. Doesn’t miss after a long days work! Hunter is awesome and always taking great care of the bar. Whether you’re a local or a visitor, pop in and check it out.

It’s exactly what you expect from a dive bar… locals drinking, smoking, chatting, playing pool, and friendly bantering with the bartenders. I was pleasantly surprised that they offered food and I enjoy the Fireball Friday special. Don’t be surprised if you walk out of there smelling like an ashtray; it’s a small space with little air movement. I enjoy being there, especially when the jukebox is playing good music.

I like coming to majors the people are fun and I love to go to Bingo and karaoke Dave makes it so enjoyable. Kayla whips up a cool refreshing drink and has a great attitude. I highly recommend having a drink or 2 and playing some pool or darts.

Majors Dive Bar is the kind of glorious dive where you come for a drink and end up staying for the karaoke, the chaos, and the characters. It might not have velvet ropes or fancy light fixtures, but what it does have is heart, humor, and a mic that’s open every Monday and Thursday from 8 PM to midnight—and often well after midnight if you’re tossing a few bucks in the tip jar. That’s when the real party starts, and the host is more than happy to keep the good times rolling for the night owls and aspiring rock stars.
Shoutout to Hunter, the young bartender who somehow balances being fast, friendly, and freakishly attentive. He remembers your drink order by round two and makes you feel like you’ve been a regular since the place opened. If this kid’s not a future bar legend, I don’t know who is.
And if you’re a smoker, rejoice—this is one of the few places left where you can still light up right at the bar without having to sweat through your shirt in the Florida humidity. It’s basically paradise with ashtrays.
But if you’re not a fan of smoke, Majors has you covered too—they’ve recently added upgraded air purifiers, so you can still enjoy the vibe without feeling like you’re doing lung cardio. It’s a beautiful blend of dive bar grit with just enough modern common sense to keep everyone breathing easy.
Cheap drinks, great karaoke, awesome staff, and a come-as-you-are vibe that’s impossible to fake—Majors is the kind of place where memories (and sometimes mistakes) are made. Just how a dive bar should be.

I was so excited to come here for karaoke, but this place turned out to be a complete joke. I signed up the second they opened the list, scanned the QR code, and picked my song, only to sit there and watch the host skip over people and let the same group sing over and over again while the rest of us got ignored. Songs were randomly being added that weren’t on the list, and if you weren’t part of their little in-crowd, you didn’t matter. When I asked about it, they gave me some BS excuse. I waited for nothing, and honestly, I was easily the best singer there, but I left before they ever got around to me.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, the bartender, Hunter, was straight-up nasty. He refilled my friend’s beer using the same dirty glass the last guy had been drinking from. He barely rinsed it with water—no soap, no sanitizer, nothing. When my friend pointed it out, Hunter tried to argue and said, “It’s a dive bar, what do you expect?”
What do I expect? Basic hygiene. Just because it’s a dive bar doesn’t mean you get to ditch all health standards and serve people drinks in other customers’ dirty glasses. That’s disgusting and a health violation.
And let’s talk about the owner, Todd. If you check the other bad reviews, you’ll see that instead of taking feedback and fixing things, he responds with attitude, excuses, and snarky comments. So I already know he’ll try to argue instead of actually addressing the rigged karaoke system and the fact that his staff is literally serving people drinks in used glasses.
If you want an actual karaoke night that’s fair and a bar that isn’t serving you someone else’s germs, go literally anywhere else.

I walked in the bar this evening and was looking fwd to a local dive bar rather than a restaurant vibe. I had to turn away in just a few minutes, before I had time to order my first drink. Nearly everyone inside was smoking cigarettes and the air was disgusting. Reminded me of a bar in the 90’s when you’d go home and have to wash your clothes twice to get the smell out. It was busy, so if sitting 8n an ash tray is your thing, it may be a cool place.

Look, I have only been to a handful of bars in the area between Delray and West Palm Beach. Irregardless, this place stands outside time as the daytime regulars emanate true Florida Man vibes. If you are in the area of Boynton Beach and west of I95, I challenge you to find a better place with DOLLAR DRAFTS till 1 on weekdays and free pool wed & sun as well. Incredible hole in the wall.
