The building is very well kept outside. This was a drive through experience for me. I was getting burgers for my mother & l to share. The order was taken quickly. The employee was polite and took the order correctly and the burgers were cooked and prepared as ordered. The food was hot w/ fresh ingredients. We will eat here again.

I like Braums but I just wanted a simple chocolate shake. The black girl that worked first window told me my total. As I was getting my money I guess I took too long to get because I heard a heavy sigh from her. Instead I give her my debit card because she was getting impatient with me. When she brought back my receipt, there were no words exchange. She could work on her customer service and people skills.

Every time I go through the drive through and the one black manager(theirs no name on my receipt so I can’t put it on here) is working there’s always a problem. He always has an attitude and the order can be repeated back to you right at the menu board and by the time you get to the window your order is alll screwed up! And he’s never apologetic. He started questioning me if they repeated it back to me right. From now on I’ll just drive off if he answers at the drive thru menu.

I love going to braums, especially for dinner. I moved here from lubbock and for some reason EVERY time I go around 8-9pm, the food is always cold and nasty. I got home the other night(3 mins away) and my order was cold as can be. The patties looked like they sat on the grill for hours and the cheese wasn’t even melted. It makes me really sad because it happens everytime! The only good thing is that the employees are always smiling and happy. I just want a nice fresh meal for once! ): it’s like the night crew comes in and cooks a bunch of stuff and it just sits there waiting to be ordered instead of it being made fresh. Super sad.

Food was cold from the drive through. Took them 35 minutes for a chicken sandwich and 2 kids meals. Only reason for the 3 stars was the window staff and food runner were actually really nice.

Very nice crew. Took my niece in to get an ice cream she wanted an ice cream she never had before. I asked if she could have a sample before I buy something she didn’t like. The girl said yes and gave her a sample. She was kind and did it without hesitation. Sometimes people do not want to work and are just rude but she was very friendly and kind. I appreciate it.

My family and i really like Braums. Today we went through the drive thru and the lady at the window was rude and didnt want to fix our drink. She kept giving us root beer and we didnt order that. She use to work at Littlefield Mcdonalds and was rude there too. She threw my husbands chicken strip dinner in a bag and i had to dig everything out and put them in the containers. Usually they put the chicken strip dinner in a styrofoam container. Maybe they were out but she didnt need to throw our stuff in a bag. This woman needs a different job that doesnt deal with people. She lacks people skills.
