If there’s one thing every working class citizen can agree on it’s the Magic of caffeine, and NOBODY is cooking it up like Majik Beans! Walking in, you’re immediately greeted by the sweet wafting smells of coffees and baked goods alike. Whatever tickles your fancy, they’ve got it! You want something sweet but can’t fathom walking past all those yummy treats? Not to fear! Majik beans has low cal muffins and protein bars right at the front so you don’t even have to walk in temptations way (they’ve even got gluten free options) Or perhaps you just need a second to get your coffee without being pummeled by your little spawns?Majik Beans covers that too with its fully furnished, beautifully decorated kids room, stocked with free healthy treats and sanitized daily all lovingly watched over by the owner herself! They’ve even got a little water fountain for your furry friends who might need to stop for a quick drink and a little treat. All the employees strive to make sure you leave satisfied no matter who you are. Pet friendly, kid friendly, and friendly for all. Don’t know where to go in Carolina beach? Well you haven’t seen nothing till you’ve seen Majik Beans. Five stars is no rating to throw around lightly, but it is an UNDERSTATEMENT for the whimsy, wonder, and love Majik Beans has brought to this island and we love them just as much right back ❤️

Majik Beanz Espresso is a gem!
I was so impressed by how clean, organized, and welcoming the entire space was. There’s an adorable play area tucked in the back that’s clearly been thoughtfully maintained, bright, neat, and totally kid-friendly. While I don’t have young children, I honestly wouldn’t hesitate to let my own kids play there if they were the right age!
My husband George never misses his daily coffee run to Majik Beanz whenever we’re at Carolina Beach. It’s become part of our routine, and he always comes back with a cute sticker or a little gift for me, which I love!
Highly recommend stopping by, great coffee, great vibes, and a local spot that really goes the extra mile.

Very cute and kitschy place. It did take a little, but it’s beach time. I asked for an iced coconut sweet coffee and got just that. Lovely experience. Will be going back before heading out of town. Riley was great. Also, the BEST gluten-free cinnamon swirl cake. Actually fluffy cake. Gluten-free people, iykyk.

This was, hands down, the best coffee I’ve had in Wilmington! My husband and daughter agreed. I got a simple cup of black coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 and they got caramel macchiatos which they said were 100x better than Starbucks. Riley is a true master barista and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back.

GLUTEN FREE options! I enjoyed a Chocolate Orange loaf but there were several more flavors (Lemon Blueberry, Banana Pecan, Cinnamon Swirl). So so many syrup flavors and it has an eclectic and fun atmosphere. Lattes were delicious and service was wonderful.

Majik Beanz is truly a gem! All of their baked goods are marvelous, and the gluten-free cake is so good you’d never know it was gluten-free. The coffee is amazing too—I especially love their flavored espresso beans. My everyday go-to is the crème brûlée latte with vanilla and caramel (perfection!), but honestly, every bean flavor I’ve tried has been fantastic. The Jamaican Me Crazy blend takes me right back to the Caribbean, filling me with all the memories of my vacations there.
The staff is always super friendly, but I have to give special mention to the tiny wisp of a girl with fun-colored hair and piercings. She’s a little shy at first, but once you start a conversation she opens up and is one of the sweetest and most considerate baristas I’ve ever met. She remembers what you like, makes personalized recommendations, and has incredible product knowledge—it’s such a time-saver when you’re busy and don’t want to think too hard about what to order. Best barista EVER! ☕️

I had a fantastic time at Magic Beans in Carolina Beach! This place is so funky and cool, with a vibe that’s perfect for relaxing. Riley, the barista, was amazing—she provided wonderful conversation and made me feel right at home. It’s also great to see how dog and kid-friendly the spot is, complete with a tricked-out play area that keeps the little ones entertained. Definitely a must-visit for anyone in the area!
