I especially love the apple tart
We did made a reservation but came here earlier, didn’t have to wait until booking time we were able to be served
First bite of foie gras is a bit smell, but afterall the rich, fatty aroma melts in the mouth. (Tho my partner didn’t like it)
But for main dishes, they are so great, the meat was cooked perfectly with just the right texture, and the aroma of the food really stood out.
To be picky is we cannot taste the wagu’s soft greasy flavor.
The attention to detail, the male waiter was very attentive, funny n good small talk.
The meals were served as a good pace. We made reservations so they were already expecting us.
Got the red wine. Good wine.
Every course of the meal is wonderful. Would love to enjoy every dish again.
We both enjoy the Tuna carpaccio.
The Black cod is most memorable to me. It buttery and firm fish. The miso glaze is very suitable without overpowering the taste of the fish.

Lamb portions is a little small since there is a lot of bone.

Love the braised beef cheek with mashed potatoes, roasted asparagus and baby carrots as the main. The creamy baby carrot soup with ginger was a tad bland saved by the subtle ginger blend. The octopus salad was a bit dry and overcooked in my opinion I would have preferred fresher and moist grilled octopus on my salad.
The glass of Merlot Cabernet suvignon French red is good medium bodied and just right.
Overall ambience – acceptable not overly luxurious decor, hope next visit the air conditioning will be colder for the hot weather in hanoi.
Pricing is extremely reasonable, elsewhere in Asia this would cost easily 2-3 X more.
We enjoyed our privacy with a VIP room. Just my friend and l in a cosy, traditional and stylish designed room for the whole evening. The atmosphere was fantastic!
I seldom have fine dining in Hong Kong. But l get to know the meaning of it from the high quality of food, creativity and artistic design of each course of food by the chefs.
We ordered a cocktail drink, pumpkin soup, salmon, scallops, Angus steak, mango tart with lime ice-cream and tiramisu. The sumptuous food and the artistic design of each dish gave us a lot of surprises!

Everyone was super nice and attentive so there is no room for improvement except maybe the molten cake can be more liquid in the centre. It was a little overcooked. Overall, the 7-course dinner is an unforgettable experience.
we found this restaurant on the internet and were attracted by the site and the comments . Therefore we had booked the 5-course menu for our wedding anniversary. The result was beyond our expectations, I was asking for a table in a quiet corner, we had a beautifully decorated private room with very pleasant music throughout the meal.
