Wow ! Excellent service , fast , friendly and very fresh! The restaurant is cleaner than many others I have been to. The customer service was outstanding & professional. This store needs to be the one that every other location follows the standards. Yes burger King still let’s me have it my way! I appreciate that because until now I thought motto was gone. The restrooms were very clean and accessible for free at this location. Keep up the great work.

This is the cleanest Burger King I’ve ever been too. They were nice and the food was fast. The only Thing I didn’t like was my food was a little cold but that’s ok. It’s a nice store to visit inside and out.

The service was the typical (bad) customer service. The first person, a guy, that helped me at the counter (I think was a manager) was very dry and inattentive, but the woman who actually gave me my food was more polite & nice and more of what customer service should be. The initial person you encounter always sets the tone for your experience at a place of business. I ordered online, but I came in because I needed to use the restroom, which was not in service. There was an extremely bad stench in the restaurant, which smelled like Bleach and something else mixed. It was so strong that I started getting lightheaded.
Don’t get me wrong, the service is the typical service you get everywhere now. It’s clearly too much to ask for just basic decent polite customer service these days. Smh.

Disappointed across all fronts. The BK in the heights is the way to go. This locations food didn’t taste as good. Bathroom is out of service – longer enough so that they’ve printed a sign that looks old. Poorly lit. Very very slow service.
